I love our local Panera and especially enjoy the online ordering and pick up service. I can be in and out in seconds! No waiting in line. The Westminster Panera is generally clean. Customers may need to clean their own tables during periods of rapid turnover, but, all in all, its well-kept. The food is good, quality, healthy food and consistent. The bakery offers delicious options and solves a lot of my last-minute "what to bring" problems as Im headed to gatherings. With my Panera card, I earn freebies which are appreciated. My only issue with Panera is remorse when a favorite menu item disappears! Keep up the good work!

Very upset in the manager of this establishment. While trying to enjoy my coffee the manager was yelling at an employee loudly - he was very unprofessional and it made no sense for him to act like this in front of customers! He carried on with the employee until she quit. If your going to be in a leadership position then you need to act like a leader not a bully. I will not come back to this store he made me so angry in how he acted that I wanted to confront him myself. He should be demoted/written up for his actions in front of customers!

My mom ordered me a To-Go order, and I am completely disappointed with the service. Not only was the bread for my sandwich not toasted, like I asked for it to be. But the salad I was given was the half the size of a childs meal, and the dressing given to me was not nearly enough. Panera clearly does not know the value of portions, was over priced for the way I was treated.

I love the food! When I online order and it says it will be ready in 5 to 10 minutes its never actually ready. Im always there waiting about 30 minutes after the time it said it would be ready and all the employees make eye contact and dont even ask if I need help. So the online ordering sucks so I just order inside now.

Wonderful food and service, and wonderful Chai especially. Honestly the only reason Im not giving five star review is that for some reason or another every Panera I have visited has had no recycling - which would be an easy addition and make a lot of sense with the usual packaging style.

One of better Paneras I have visited. Counter hellp are/is always smiling and friendly. Coffee is hot, fresh, and good. I always look forward to visiting whenever I am in Ravenstown.

Ive been to other Panera breads in the area, the food isnt up to par with the others. I was with someone who got the green passion smoothy with full kale leaves that were not blended.

They changed the turkey in the bacon turkey bravo and it tastes disgusting! Like cheap no flavor turkey. Cant even eat my favorite sandwich anymore. Change it back.
