I kept bagel cards thinking the expiration date was unlimited (buy 12 dz get 13th dz free). They were 2 years old. I called and inquired if they were still valid since I had 11 dz purchased on the card. They said they would honor the card even though I only bought 11 dz. The next day I was at the store and they gave me the dozen free with a 13th bagel added. How could I not give them a 5 star? They went above and beyond customer service.

Counter person started making a sandwich wearing gloves. Stopped making a sandwich to go clean a table wearing the same gloves. Went back to finish making the sandwich and never changed the gloves. When confronted the person and the manager said it was cleaning solution so it was clean. Do you want that on your food?

Great Bagels, Breakfast Sandwiches and Lunch Creations, all kinds of beverages in addition to 5 different kinds of coffees and teas, plus cold fountain drinks. Nice pleasant staff and friendly customers who all know each other. Very friendly atmosphere, closes at 5pm.

This is the best bagel shop in Wilmington. It has great selection, always fresh. I particularly like the apple cinnamon bagel. It was take a while if you come in the morning rush but it is worth the wait.

Every time I go in here, something is messed up, or it takes forever to get my food. This time... asked for toasted plain bagel...got an untoasted stale bagel instead!

The bagels are yum! The hospitality excellent. The man at the counter was very cordial and nice. The herbivore bagel is a must try for the vegetarian in you!

Love the plain bagel with butter. My doctor doesnt love me loving it, but I still stop by often. Nice corner spot with great views of the crazy busy corner.

$5.25 for 2 bagels and a spot of cream cheese. Bagels were okay, nothing great, especially for the price. Staff was nice.
