I should leave five stars considering how much I loiter at this location; that being said I spend at least $100 smackers a week for that privilege so you must not judge me. Alas! This Panera is superb and I say that with no bias; dont listen to the one-star reviews of insensitive people. You see, loitering allows me to observe the clientele, so to speak, and you get a lot of stuffy, impatient people who tend to forget that the person behind the cash register exists before they get there and after they leave. This are has a lot of entitled people; I guess thats what happens in a resort town where most patrons own a yacht. (No offense, yacht enthusiasts). The service here is always friendly and personable and I have seen it when it is beyond busy. The staff does a great job and Ive never seen a rude worker- special kudos goes to Linda, always cheery, always patient. Ill miss this place!

I live near a Panera, so I go there often. My favorite is the Ham, Egg & Cheese Power Breakfast Sandwich. Lately the Wheat toast is always burnt black on the edges. I showed it to the manager. She yelled to the kid doing the cooking to shorten the time in the press. I was sure it was a wast of time. because the press is on an automatic timer. Sure enough, I tried again this week and had the same burnt toast.

Never eating here again! Man walked in with a dog in his hand. I told the man he couldnt bring a non-service animal into a restaurant and told the employees but they served him anyway. And the guy was really rude and acted like he was entitled. Anyway, they served him anyway. Not going back to this place anytime soon. Who does this guy think he is, anyway?

The food and service is always wonderful here. I recently had a issue with a pickup order and when I called to ask for a refund for the item I did not receive it was handled quickly and easily. Thank you Panera for helping me feed my children healthy meals on the go with a great price and friendly service!

Even though they are a tad expensive the food is SOOOO good! Everything is fresh and they have a rewards program. Everyone loves rewards! The workers are always nice. Your food comes fast even when its busy. They always seem clean. They have outside seating. There isnt really anything to complain about.

As far as selection and quality, this location is consistent with all other Panera locations. If you arent familiar with Panera, its at least one or two steps above fast food, with healthier options and freshly baked breads. The service is friendly and seating is plentiful.

I eat here all the time. I always do rapid pick up. One bit of feedback: please, PLEASE put complete pick up orders in the cubbies like every other Panera. Almost every time I have to ask about my order and its cold by the time I get home.
