This is probably the worst service I have ever received in my life. Thats coming from a guy who travels all the time for business to different regions of the world. Unfortunately we had the owner/cooks bratty, inexperienced, cavalier, entitled son as our server. You could tell it wasnt his blood, sweat and tears that went into the business and he was riding daddys coattails with the expectation that one day the business would just fall to him. It took 45 min for our sandwiches to be served and during that time he never came back to the table to check on us or give us refills for our drinks. When I brought it to his attention, he still didnt come back with more drinks. He did happen to stop by the table after we were there for 20 min and pacify us with a lie that our food would be there in 5 min. When I asked for the manager he said he was cooking, which is a huge red flag for a restaurant. There should be an owner, a manager and a cook, all with separate responsibilities. After that he proceeded to get snippy and defensive with an attempt to lecture me about what my disposition should be regarding his poor service. This is all on top of the food just being average and over priced. I wouldnt recommend going, but if you do make sure you dont get this clown. If his dad is reading this, please take the pacifier out of juniors mouth and send him out into the real world to gain some valuable experience on customer service.

Quiet, relaxing, beautiful, delicious. Heres what I ate... potato broccoli soup, house salad, fish of the day sandwich, strawberry rhubarb pie. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. There is only 1 thing I would change. The French fries were just the standard regular ol pizza joint French fries you find anyplace. Its still alright, just disappointing because everything else truly tasted farm fresh (or fresh from the river). You even get to see the in house baker make all these amazing pies and desserts. Seems kinda odd considering how everything was deliciously homemade, but cutting up some potatoes and throwing them in a fryer seems to be too much. Regardless, I would highly suggest this place. I loved it, and Im coming back.

Visited this place on a day trip and arrived at this restaurant in a state of desperation. The food was tolerable but the menu was uninspiring. This was clearly intended to rape tourists wallets. The prices were disproportionate to the quality of the food and the atmosphere. The decor and furnishings left a lot to be desired with stained paper menus, and uncomfortable chairs. Worst yet, after we ate we discovered the French Town Inn across the street had a better menu at more reasonable prices.

The location is great but nothing else was. Ridiculously expensive -- cheeseburger, vanilla shake and a couple of sodas came out to $35. Terrible service -- aloof, inexperienced staff and a 35 minute wait to cook a hamburger. Bad food quality -- hamburger had an off taste, like chopped meat that sits in the fridge too long and starts to "turn". Lots of better and less overpriced options in the town.

The Bridge Cafe is a cozy cafe on the side of the Delaware River right before the Ulerstown Frenchtown bridge in Frenchtown. Parking can be tough on the weekends. Casual dining and pastries are their specialty. Try their Black Angus burger on a brioche bun. Service can be slow but they are courteous.

Beautiful view of the canal and Delaware River. They focus on what they do well and not on a long menu. I love stopping there for breakfast but lunch is good as well. I highly recommend if you are in Frenchtown. If it is nice, sit out in the patio.

Very nice atmosphere. Good coffee and deserts. Employees are very sweet and honest. I forgot an item that I puchased in Frenchtown. They held it for me and my husband was able to pick it up even after the cafe had already closed .

Have eaten here so many times that I must have tried the whole menu by now. The savory and the sweet are outstanding here, one of my favorite places for a meal or a quick cup of coffee and a cupcake. Outstanding.

It is small and has a classy country feel. The food is great and they have a lot of delicious coffees. I recommend the iced mocha latte. After eating you can stroll around town or down the path along the Delaware.

Fantastic food and friendly service. Patio/al fresco seating with partial river-view makes this an awesome place for a daytime meal. Only drawback is a pretty limited menu. More options would be nice.

Chef Ken did more than feed us --- his meal made our day. Arugula salad with grilled chicken, watermelon and a tahini lemon dressing with a dash of curry was delightful. Well be back!
