Chive has one of the best, if not THE best, breakfasts in the New Hope/Doylestown area. Ryan, the chef, smokes most of the meats himself (the Canadian bacon is NOT to be missed!), and his hollandaise is to die for. Breakfast here is always just what I need when Im here. Chive is also a great lunch spot. The specials change from time to time, so youre almost always going to find something great. I love the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich special. Many locals I know stop in to grab a sandwich to go during the lunch hour. They have 2 or 3 soups everyday too. There arent a lot of seats inside, but Ive never had to wait, and when the weather is nice theres plenty of seating on the patio. The decor is rustic, charming and homey. To sum up, Chive is one of our favorite local places, and if you see (or smell) the smoker going, stop. Seriously. If Ryan running the smoker, youre in for something great.

The decor is charming and doesnt try too hard. There are many different styles of wooden chairs on very simplistic looking tables. I got the leg of lamb on baguette with brie, tomatoes, and caramelized onions. The portion was great for the price and the sandwich was quite tasty. It came with a side couscous which was fresh and refreshing. The sandwich itself had a very sweet mild flavor throughout, with the sweet savory flavor of lamb meat, and caramelized onions. And the nuttiness of the brie. Had a great experience here and would recommend it if youre ever visiting peddlers village.

I work/live in the area and go to Chive almost everyday. It is hands down the best place to grab breakfast or lunch. Everything from a bagel, bacon egg cheese, to their amazing Roast Beef sandwich is made to perfection. They seem to take great pride in everything being fresh. The staff is also extremely friendly. (which is rare around here!) Josie, Matt, Ryan, etc...super nice! (try Josies pea salad!) Thanks guys!!

You honestly cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. Chive Cafe is one of the best bites in Bucks County. I love the pork roll egg & cheese, as well as, the roast beef sandwich, however, everything on the menu is delicious! Writing this review makes me want to run over and grab a breakfast sandwich even though I was just there yesterday!

Freshly prepared, made to order, and delicious. We enjoy eating at the cozy tables there, either on the glass enclosed front porch, or by the large fireplace in the dining room. When the weather is nice, theres ample outdoor seating out back, steps away from Peddlers Village. Great food, and a great setting!

Great discovery! Ive lived here for over 6 months and wish I found this place sooner! The food was very tasty and the ingredients tasted fresh and flavorful. We ordered the lamb meatball wrap and the lamb sandwich, both were really delicious. The service was also great. Well be back!

They have excellent food! Three of us had lunch: one had a great salad of a generous size, one had a sliced chicken and cheese sandwich, and I had a grilled veggie and fresh mozzarella sandwich. We loved it all! We bought some giant, freshly baked cookies to take home--yummy!

Sandwiches and salads that anybody could enjoy! Nice little cozy Cafe with a very friendly staff and owner! Helped cater my daughters birthday and people were raving about the roast beef with arugula sandwiches and the prosciutto with pesto sandwiches! Definitely quality stuff!

The black bean burger is to die for!! As are the fries. And the #1 breakfast sandwich is amazing, too. Make sure you get chipotle mayo as well. The brioche rolls are absolute perfection. Great quality food, thoughtful preparation. Cant rave enough!

Difficult experiences both times we went. Last time we had a snarky waitress who was rushed and rude. Will not be going back and will tell others of how we were treated. What happened to the customer is always right?

Consistently two steps above expectations. Fresh food creatively prepared. Rely on them for breakfast, lunch and occasional dinner. Even catering! One of best options in area.

Just had Chive for a company lunch. Sandwiches were really good. The Mac & Cheese is not quite as good as Bitter Bobs but I think thats just a matter of personal preference.
