It was super packed (coming back from Memorial Day weekend). However, the staff there was expertly organized. The line was out the door but I only waited 5 minutes to order, and then maybe 1 minute for my food. My wife and I were lucky enough to get a table (other people were eating in their cars) and we saw what looked to be a manager or assistant manager bussing tables, getting refills, and just interacting with the customers. He was extremely upbeat, professional, and kind even while being crushed with a huge lunch crowd. Oh yeah the food was great as per Chik-fil-A standards.

It was a great day when Chick-fil-A came to Rehoboth! Best chicken sandwich ever. I like to order mine with extra pickles, and they always oblige. Try the frozen lemonade, its delicious. Dont miss their seasonal shakes when offered: Peach hand-spun milkshakes in the summer, peppermint during the holidays, and I think they do a green mint for St. Patricks Day? Courteous and friendly staff (as all C-f-As have), very clean, and little kids love it too for the play area. Drive-thru is very fast-moving because they have two lanes!

I waited 7 minutes at the drive through window for just large fry while witnessing the crew dilly dally and talk down on customers in their store. I understand if you have a bad customer youre going to say something to your co workers, but to do it in front of another customer as if they cant hear you is unprofessional. Upon receiving the fry it was a medium fry in large box, under portioned. The employee didnt apologize for the wait or anything. Very poor service.

I was going threw the drive though and I forgot to get polyonesian sauce. So I went inside to ask for some. When I got there I stood there about 1 minute. Then a worker noticed me. He looked at me and ignored me. Then he turned to his friends who were standing there and pointed at me. This makes me angry. They didnt do anything. Then this nice man came up and finally helped me. I am appointed by the attitude they represent .

I come here all the time. Today my bf came through an he asked for extra may cuz they gave us two packets for two large meals. An the girl in the drive thru gave him an ignorant look an said not a word an didnt give him what he asked for. They have never been like that before until today. I will personally atoo coming there if people think they can be ignorant just because there in the drive thru window.

This was our first Chick-fil-A experience and we were very pleased! The food is really very good and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The red haired guy who looks like Bill Mumy from the old Lost in Space TV show was especially friendly - no "danger Will Robinson" here! If you havent tried this fast food restaurant yet, definitely give it a shot - you wont be disappointed!

Full house... Line out of the door. The crew hussled and had everyone served with an ease that only a tight crew and management of the best quality can provide. The manager is primo at her position. Under extraordinary circumstances she tracked me down to make sure I was ok. Enough said. Definitely will eat there again when I come back for another few days. Thank you to all.

Ive eaten at this location twice now on separate trips and have been very impressed. Our food was brought to us before we had even finished paying and our milkshakes shortly after. The employees are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure everything is okay. Chick-fil-A restaurants are known for being run well but this one really goes above and beyond.

One of the newest, and cleanest Chick-Fil-a restaurants Ive been to. Service was prompt, with more employees then I could count. My order was correct, and the food its self was the average Chick-fil-a food most people expect, its light years ahead of McDonalds and Burger Kings similar offerings and if you have not tried it, you should.

I was very surprised to find out that your food organization does not offer any type of senior discount or military discount to your customers. Majority of the other food chains offer some type of discount to these groups. I truly do not like the waffle fries. I will think twice about eating at Chick-fil-A again !

Im writing this review because this is the nicest fast food place around. Ive never once had a problem with this eatery, and the staff is world class! Congrats to them for sticking to there guns and staying closed on Sundays as well! Great food, excellent staff, great service, need I say more?

Probably the nicest Chick-fil-A I have been to. The store is always kept absolutely spotless, the food is always served hot and fresh, and the staff is unbelievably friendly. While it may not be a local restaurant if you need a quick bite to eat, you could do no better than this Chick-fil-A.

This the fanciest building Ive visited so far .Wish they open on Sundays...but its understandable. Their new frosted coffee is just okay, not too bad, its good that is low in calories, only 240 for small one :) I love every item in their menu. Hurray for waffle fries :))
