HAIR IN MY FOOD. If I could rate this place ZERO stars, I totally would. I ordered a double burger, a medium loaded fries, and a set of five wings. I literally just spend $23 to be disappointed. There was hair in ALL of my food, which I sadly didnt discover until a few bites into each. Literally paid $7 for a soggy double burger that had ZERO flavor. There was a pet hair in between the two patties. As for the wings, the inside of the wings were so badly damaged, I had to spit out chunks of bone. The wings were so tiny too, totally not worth the price. The fries were okay, but they were INCREDIBLY salty and had the most hair in them. Like, there were four pet hairs in the fries, just in the top layer. I called the manager up who had a COMPLETE attitude and ended up hanging up on me after saying that he was going to refund my money. Didnt even say goodbye or thank me for purchasing from their company. Wings to Go? More like Hairs to Go. DONT BUY FROM HERE. Youll only be wasting your money.

WORST EXPERIENCE FOR DELIVERY OF MY LIFE. ORDERED WINGS AN HOUR AND A HALF AGO (ESTIMATED TIME OF 35-60 MIN) AND NOW THEY DO NOT PICK UP THEIR PHONES. NEVER GO THERE OR BUY THEIR WINGS. IT TOOK OVER 10 TRIES TO GET THEM TO FINALLY ANSWER THE PHONE. THEN HE TRIED TO TELL US THAT WE NEVER ORDERED AND THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT CASH OR CARD FOR PAYMENT?!?!?!?!?!?!? HOW DOES ONE PAY FOR THE FOOD THEN?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? 15 MINUTES LATER WE GET A CALL FROM FLORIDA THAT OUR WINGS ARE HERE???????

Whenever I order wings to go I feel like Im gambling. Its a 50/50 shot, either the wings will turn out good or I will have spent 30 dollars on rubbery, straight-out-of-the-fridge chicken parts. "hot" doesnt actually mean hot, it means you get 10 times more mild sauce, most of which will end up in the bag and not on the chicken chunks. I feel like this chicken is still clucking in my belly. A clucking disgrace. How do you specialize in one food and still mess up?

Dont go to this location. My job orders from here at minimum once a week and have never had a problem until today. They Sent the wrong food and then the one item that wad correct was cold and disgusting. And to top it off they over charged us for the 3 piece combo. It clearly says on their website 6.99 but then got charged 20.98, so when we call the store the manager was rude and disrespectful and wouldnt refund the over due money they charged us

I waited 2 hours for soggy nachos and a decent cheesesteak. I called 5 times for Confirmation of the order only to get voicemail 3 times and a dial up ( like a legit aol you got mail dial up) tone. On the 5th call the lady was super nice and apologetic, however I will not waste more money on this location.

Every time I come to Wings To Go the food is always awesome me and my husband love there wings we are super big into wings and there rubs and sauces are awesome and the service here is great I would continue to come here for awesome food and great service from the staff

Terrible phone service. Was forced to order more wings than I wanted on a .60 cent wing special day. I only had cash and the person on the other end of phone said I can only pay with debit/credit card. What a lie. NEVER will I order from there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The online ordering system SUCKS then when you try to order by calling no one picks up. They could be getting a lot more business. I work at a hotel and I give there number to everyone. However they NEVER answer.

I ordered an order of cheese fries. Took 2 and a half hours to get here. It gets here, no cheese and the fries are soggy and cold. I called the store and they didnt pick up. Worst service of my life.
