I like to look for buffalo wings when I travel. Due to so many different seasonings, cooking methods, etc, wings vary all over the country. I stopped into Dover, DE to spend the night and found Wings To Go only a mile from the hotel. I decided to try this chain after reviewing their website. I arrived at the store. Immediately, one could tell the store is owned by someone that only wants to shovel this food out the door. Do not expect an experience. The restaurant looks like a mix between an old Chinese take-out restaurant and new decals the WTG chain sent this owner. The tiles were dirty, unkept, and the floor was not taken care of. Also, two of the only tables in the place were dirty with food, glass rings, and grease. Also, the windows were not cleaned in months. I was not impressed. However, I was hoping the wings would make up for it. I always give places the benefit of the doubt and heck, I ate bat in the Philippines at an outdoor market so restaurant condition is usually second on my list. I stepped to the counter, ordered the "garbage fries" which was on the chain website and the owner said they did not sell them. Ugh. So, I shifted gears and decided to only go with wings. I ordered the traditional "Hot" wings and looked for the 18-count wings advertised on the website. The owner said they did not sell that quantity either. Two strikes. The owner asked me if I wanted celery and dressing. Well of course! So, I watched the owner take my order and step into the kitchen to make the wings. Unfortunately, the owner bounced back between taking orders and handling money with three different customers while I waited for my food. Handling money and making food is a no-no. He did not wash hands in between. Still I hoped for the best wings in the world. So once the owner laid my deep fried wings into the styrofoam container I witnessed a terrible practice. The owner just squirted sauce from the gallon wing sauce container on the wings. He did not drain the wings first or toss the wings in the sauce. The result was a greasy over-sauced container of soup that held my wings. Miserable. Miserable. Miserable. The wings are smaller sized wings and their preparation methods do not make this place a go-to place to buy wings. I would head down the street to BW3s. Also, beware, whatever is on the companys website is not what is advertised in their store. Also, everything in the store, minus the celery sticks is fried. Everything. No sandwiches, no chips. Everything fried. However, with a few changes in preparation and sanitation, this place could be good!

Horrible customer service !!! I paid 16 dollars for boneless wings and when i got home to eat them they werent boneless and I threw them away and I immediately called her and she said she would switch it for me when i went to make the switch she changed it around and refused to give me the boneless chicken. So now i paid 16 dollars for nothing I definitely will never ever go back.

The wings used to be better or should I say bigger I wish they would wash their hands in between handling money and food and the phone maybe they should have a person just for doing the money and Phone that is. They use the toss the wings in a container with the sauce I prefer that to just squirting it on. Otherwise its pretty good

I ask for extra chipsy wing they give me chewy wing when I ask for a refund she was very rude and didnt switch my wing out or give me my money but not to mention when I went there another time the ranch sauce was spoiled and the drink where out dated this is a very unclean establishment and was heard to have roaches.

The wings here beat the pants off of the Buffalo Wild Wings down the street. The store is locally owned and operated and the owners are always extremely friendly to the customers. The place is a riot during football season and the owners are always willing to talk a little football in between preparing wings.

I have eaten at this Wings to Go regularly for at least the past 4 years. Their boneless wings have always been the best, and their fries even better. The owner has always been extremely curtious to me, my friends, amd my family. Theres no better place to get wings.

They say they close at 10, so we called at 930p to place a small order and they did not answer the phone. I consider that bad customer service
