When I first arrived, I was guided my the woman at the front desk to a side of the room that didnt even have any booths available, which was what we asked for. After apologizing, she zigzagged us through the center area through those already dining into the other side of the restaurant. After being seated it took us 15 minutes before we were even greeted and asked what we would like to drink. At that point we were ready to order so we gave her the whole order in her first check in with us. We ordered fried pickles as an appetizer, those of which took 20 minutes before we even received them. To add, there were many that were clumped together with breading and because of this, the breading was partially undercooked and soggy. By the time we were finished with what we could eat of the pickles and another 30 minutes had expired, the individual I was sharing my evening with got so frustrated with service he just up and left. So sitting there alone, I became just as impatient and frustrated and expressed the occurrence to the manager. The manager, who had been beebopping around all evening swinging her Keychain around the dining room while the waitresses ran around trying to manage the busyness of the place. She was very mumbly and didnt have a good reason to provide for the poor service, she certainly didnt seem suitable for a manager thats for sure. The service here is no where near up to par compared to any other BWW I have been to. BWW is one of my favorite places but I will not do business at this one, here in my local area, ever again.

I have got to say that my experience with this place was fantastic! Today was my first experience here at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Oneonta Ny. This is my review: Upon entering the parking lot, the place was lit up very well. No litter in the parking lot at all. While walking in, there was an employee outside who said hello, among 2 others who greeted my fiance and I. We felt welcomed and the place looked very clean. When we were seated, it didnt take long before the man who waited on us, Michael, greeted us at our table with a friendly, professional attitude. He was very helpful with finding somehing for our taste, considering as i said it to be our first time. After we ordered, it wasnt too long after we started settling in that our appetizer was delivered, as well as our food not too shortly after that. It was perfect in timing, the food was absolutely delicious and overall the atmosphere of the resteraunt was great. The staff was friendly, even towards each other and as they passed the tables they smiled at you. As we were leaving, the manager by the name of Danielle came out to greet us so i could give to her my congradulations on sich an amazing place. She also a great person to talk to, always smiling and kept a good conversation going about the place entirely. As we were leaving, several of the employees gave us thier farewells. We felt very welcomed even upon leaving, and trust me, we definately plan on stopping in often. Great job guys!!!!!

Chicken wings are very salty! So salty that theyre not edible in my opinion. Seriously, look up on how much sodium their wings have, youll be shocked. But, the other food is OK. The vegetables for the salad are from a bag, prewashed and prepared, not fresh. The hamburger and fries are good, but nothing special that would make me need to come back again. The atmosphere and design is really cool with lots of flat screens around. Its basically a sports bar/restaurant.

I just ate at Buffalo wild wings, it was cleaner than most places I have been! They also took note of my allergies which is huge thing to me and anyone else who has food allergies! The Waiter Mike was very friendly made sure we were okay and joked with us! I felt very welcomed in the resront. Food was excellent I highly enjoyed the food which is not common ( picky eater). I will definitely be returning to Buffalo wild wings!

I read these reviews and Im confused.. My first time here and everything was good. Service was on point. Food was good. Best potato wedges I have ever had...perfect crispness. Good food and friendly atmosphere. I think the other reviewers just always try to find something to hate... I will be a repeat customer

Waiter was basically just flirting with other wait staff. Fries were stone cold, lettuce in salad was rotten and could tell it was store bought. Could tell that the food was just sitting there for a bit. And the place was practically empty. My first time here and probably my last. Would not recommend.

Slow service , got a triple of wings different level of heats but the three labels were on one corner. Four burgers overcooked, wilted lettuce and unpeeled onions. Two of us got fries and were good, two of us got rock hard over cooked onion rings. Again service was bad.....

Service is terrible. 30 min to get the wrong order. How hard is it to get 1 wing flavor right? Traveling so I didnt want to wait another 30 min for them to remake it. Still got charged for the soda. Id skip this one if youre driving through.

Worse meal I have ever had at a restaurant and was terribly expensive. Service was terrible as well. It took 20-25 minutes to get our check and then waited for another 10-15 in order to get change. Left unsatisfied and with stomach cramps.

Service was as good as could be expected, the facility was full of little league baseball kids whose parents obviously were oblivious to discipline. Staff was handling customers well, but the place was chaos.

Food is good, but the service is absolutely horrible. These waiters have no idea how to talk with customers, when it is appropriate to talk about promotions, or when to serve the appetizers BEFORE the meal!

Food was typical BWW fare, wings were hot and the Thai Curry sauce is amazing. Bartender was amazing. Friendly, polite, efficient. Ill definitely be back next time Im driving through the area.

Good custom spun wings. My favorite is their boneless. Your sure to gind a sauce you will like. They also have gluten free options (ask for the menu)

With a party of 6 one person didnt even get dinner before the others were done. Over cooked and poorly executed. Friendly wait staff though.
