This is pretty much a cookie-cutter Five Guys at the end of a row of stores. In all appearances, it looks like any other Five Guys. The interior and restrooms appeared clean enough, and I noticed that someone was actually on duty wiping the tables after customers leave. So my gripes: 1. Expensive! $7 for a burger? Over $3 for the smallest size of fries? Beverages closer to $3 than $2?? Im sure there are more affordable places to get a burger. 2. Why cant I order a burger the way I want it without being questioned every step of the way? Yes, I want both onions and grilled onions. Yes, I want both jalapeno peppers and green peppers. 3. I understand that its good for employees to be enthusiastic about their jobs but their banter frequently gets too loud and out of hand.

The walls of this place are lined with reviews and newspaper clippings about how good their burgers are. Truth is: The food is nothing more than youd make yourself on the gas grill using some ground beef and standard condiments. Thats literally what it tastes like -- the food my family cooks on our grill. The peanut oil is not in any way distinguishable. The fries also are mediocre, one step above Ore-Ida. This place tries way too hard to be a signature hamburger place like Fuddruckers -- but id rather just go across the street to BK.

Normally love it here but tonight the person who took our order called us up for it and sent us on our way without the fries. The store was empty. Literally the only people in there. I then called back explaining we werent given fries and this is our order number and all I hear is "well are you coming back?!" And I said "yes, please start them now I will be there shortly" and I get "OK....bye". Saw her in the store (luckily another associate handled the fry situation) and she just looked at me and kept walking. Not even an apology.

Always fast and friendly service thats speedy and done just right. The burgers are the best in the area. Id choose Five Guys for my burgers and fries over the competition (McDonalds or Burger King) 9 times out of 10. Pricing is fair and food quality is above expectations. The employees are always kind and welcoming, they do a great job. Id recommend Five Guys to anyone and everyone looking for an awesome burger, hotdog, fries, etc... who isnt looking to pay twice the price to sit down and be waited on. Great place to eat.

Absolutely horrible! I just payrd $30 for 2 burgers, 2 fries & $2 sodas, which is fine if your paying for a decent burger! I was given a flat dried out charred & crusted tiny 1/2 dollar size burger. It was discarded because it hurt to swallow it..do yourself a favor and go to burger king, McDonalds if you want fast food. Save spending $30 or more and take yout family to a nice restaurant. The location I was at is the Easton/Nazareth store on Dryland.

I had my first Five Guys burger today. I had the cheeseburger which is 2 burger patties on a nice sesame bun with your choice of toppings. Cost: $4.99 + tax. To me it tasted very similar to a Wendys Double with Cheese but greasier. It didnt blow me away but it wont become a "craver" either. They also have hot dogs on the menu but I was a bit disappointed that chili dogs are not an option since Im a fan.

Much like any other Five Guys Burger establishments. If you like Five Guys, youll like this one. Good quality food prepared well. Nice variety of burger add-ons. Fries, especially the Cajun ones, are delicious.
