The whole purpose for wearable ng gloves is so your hands dont come in contact with food but it defeats the purpose when you handle money, register, window and god knows everything in between. The customer is always afraid to say something in fear of something even more gross happening to their food.... in addition, please do. It doesnt blue fry a sandwiches which has been already sitting out for an hour. I bit into a chicken sandwich only to be repulsed by the incredible amount of grease and hardness from dogs now frying.. these are great ways to get poor readings but if you want to improve ratings, you will have to improve your staffs knowledge of the obvious... but then again, I guess common sense isnt privy to all. Awful rating, I give to Kentucky fried chicken in Milford, and I am absolutely sure I will never bother again with them. Colonel sanders would be highly disappointed!! :( :( :(

Jalin took my order at the drive thru. When I got to the window, she took my debit card then played around with another co worker on a cart and was taking turns pushing each other around on the cart. By this time, 2 cars that were waiting at the drive thru left because no one took their order. Then, after she gave my food there was some food missing so I had to go inside. Saw Jalin taking orders jumping around and dancing saying "come on 10 oclock! Gotta get outta here!". No one acknowledged me waiting to be help. I guess I was being a burden to another employee that was making out with her boyfriend in the dining room of the restaurant. Ill never return

If there are 3 cars in front of you, expect to spend 30+ minutes before you leave with your chicken...if they even have it. One night at 6 PM, they had no chicken. A different night at 6:30 PM, they had no mashed potatoes. Its always something with this location. Workers were cordial enough. Maybe the manager has a no waste policy and when theyre out for what they precooked theyre out. Blame is definitely on the manager for a poorly run operation.

Very unsanitary the restaurant was very dirty floor were sticky garbage everywhere skylight ceiling was leaking had buckets under neath it to catch water the back where things are cooked wasnt any better took forever to recieve food the workers didnt look to clean themselves my opinion you should look respectable while working anywhere. I give two stars bc they did get my order right and it was edible !

Went through the drive through for a basic order. Had to wait due to "shift change." Fine. Pulled up to wait...was brought less than half of my order. Waited. Finally someone asked why I hadnt left. Told them and was asked to come inside. Manager looked through bag, got me missing items and comped me a dessert. Fine. I get home...half the things in the wrappers were not what we ordered. Ridculous.

As a generally reasonable person I have to say this is easily the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I live by it and take the chance every once in awhile. This evening I took the leap of faith... and ended up sitting in the drive-thru for 37 minutes. In the end I got home and didnt even have what I ordered. NEVER AGAIN, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

there a new manager he has dreads and he is very unprofessional his is not friendly also there use to be a manager there light skin girl. Long hair. I think she still there she was the best. She smiles nice friendly. Makes the experience enjoyable. Everyone seem. Very much nicer then now I dont know atmosphere is different doesnt feel welcome

This was a KFC/Taco Bell. Hubby and I were on our roadtrip vacation and decide to stop her for a quick bite for lunch. It took 1hour for our meal! Which was 2 Crunchwrap Supremes. I realize that they were short staffed, only two people preparing the food, but 1 hour for "fast food" is unacceptable! We werent even offered a discount.

Absolutely disgusting. Orders are hardly right, staff are either rude or just not present... Long wait times with hardly any customers. In my Last visit, staff members were all going into the bathroom and joking with each other about a s### in the toilet... Really? Not the place I would choose to go to.

Extremely slow drive thru service! After waiting 20 minutes...the shells were STALE, HARDLY any chicken on the taco, AND they forgot my Mac and cheese side that came with the combo. To make matters worse we had to ASK for HOT sauce -shouldnt they have asked?! Do NOT GO HERE!!!

Horrible! Order receipt says 7:48pm, havent gotten food yet (two burritos) and its 8:26. This is insanity. They have always been slow but dang I could have gone to the nice Mexican place across the street and sat down with a nice meal and still been faster! Get it together!

The employees where very rude my order was all screwed up. I orderd original chicken n got fried original it was soo hard couldnt even bite in chicken. Orderd biscuts and cashier gonna take my money but didnt recieve my biscuts or money back. I will never go back ever!

Literally over a dozen times in a row now that they can not get one thing right, 30 min wait every damn time. Staff your place correctly! 2 ppl running the whole store on a Saturday night at 7pm is the stupidest thing Ive ever heard, this place is a joke!
