Do not order takeout from this restaurant: they short you. Ordered the 12-piece meal two weeks ago (KFC, if youre listening, my order # was 232) found we had 10 pieces in the bucket when I got home. Ordered the 12-piece meal tonight--and made a point of telling the cashier to make sure that the order was counted correctly, because Id been shorted the last time I was in. Got home (14 miles away) to find that I had 8 pieces of chicken. (KFC? Still with me? I was order 294.) Tonight the couple in front of me in line ordered a family meal to go--and the woman made a point of taking apart the entire bag and counting everything. It turned out she was short 2 pieces of chicken. My order had taken 20 minutes, and I was frustrated--I grabbed my order (and my impatient child) and left. I could just kick myself--because they shorted me 1/3 of my order, and they will do nothing about it. (Yes--Ill get a coupon off my next visit. I want my money back.) If you order from this restaurant, ask them to count the entire thing in front of you. They either have a hiring program for totally math-challenged teenagers, or they have employees stealing food. Either way, they clearly have a quality problem. (And ask yourself--if they cant hire people who can count to 12, are they hiring people who can read the "you-must-wash-your-hands-before-handling-food" signs?)

Visited this location today and purchased the 10 piece box. The sign said it included 10 pieces of chicken, 4 biscuits, and 2 large sides. You would also get a free red velvet cake with it. I picked grilled chicken and went with potato wedges for both sides. Was overcharged by $2. Complained to the staff member and they simply didnt care, I was repeatedly told there was nothing they could do about it. Apparently they put the potato wedges in a different box than the other sides, so they charge an extra $1. I dont care what box you put it in, its on your sign that its included for a side. Its not the $2 Im bothered by but the idea that they can just rip you off like that without caring. The person I spoke to then said, "oh, she was supposed to tell you that," pointing to the cashier. Cashier said she had no idea about the $1 upcharge.... After all of that the food didnt even taste good, it was extremely greasy and didnt have much flavor. The cake was frozen, there was water on the inside of the lid. Wont be coming back to this location, until if/when something is changed.

Unlike other KFCs in that the DO NOT honor the promotions as seen on their commercials, take certain coupons, or modify any menu item. Never again will I patronize this KFC. The service is horrible, where the teenage staff rather talk on their cell phone or with each other than acknowledge the customer standing before them! I would rather drive all the way to Stroudsburg for KFC than the two minutes it takes me to get to this one!

Ordered through the drivethru the 20 dollar fillup chicken deal regular style today and it was absolutely the worst and driest chicken I ever experienced. seriously it was a complete waste of my money. The date and time was 7/ 31/ 17 at approx 330 pm. Likely the chicken was leftover from lunch as it was completely dried out and disgusting.

Horrible wait times, nothing like getting home and finding out they forgot some of youre order even after they asked about replacing the coleslaw with corn twice!!!! Stay away from this place theyre totally disorganized.

Slowest drive thru ever. Been here 15 minutes. Yup. Im writing this as I wait. Horrible service. Food is good. But just slow. Dont go here if you want quick service.

I came to this location since its a combination Taco Bell/KFC. It took me 20 mins to get my 2 items from Taco Bell. The staff didnt seem helpful.
