Horrible !!!! I went thru drive thru and ordered a 2 piece white meat chicken box with 2 sides. My 1 side was corn, so I asked for Butter for that and biscuit but did Not get any. I received dark meat with NO napkins and No receipt. When I got home I called the store. No answer and Voice mail was already full. Every time I have tried this store there is a problem. And management seems to not care. Lesson learned... STAY away from this Popeyes cause the customer service is Horrible.

After a 14 hour day I decided to treat the family to some Popeyes on Northeast Blvd. First I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes with only 3 cars in line and I was #2. The chicken they gave me was small enough to be baby chicks and very, I mean very dry. Spoiled my dinner and will never go back. When you try to support businesses in the black community, this is what you get. I work hard for my money and hate to waste it, and this was a total waste.

I asked for fresh chicken i guess popeyes tells their employees to tell guest "all their chicken is fresh" which is a got damn lie the chicken i gt today was old as my great grandmother and hard as a boulder. SMH i will never return nd i would advise anybody goin here to mke sure yur stuff is fresh. How yall just have chicken sitting out uncovered & gt the nerve to say its fresh! Psshhhh

I love Popeyes, this location has been out of at least 1 item Ive ordered every single time Ive been there. The food is old and cold, and the employees are all classless and rude. I kept going back thinking it would change, but it didnt. Absolute worst store, of any kind, I have ever been too. Keep away from it.

Drive thru service on point. Inside service lousy. Took 45 mins for food to come up & manager on duty for that night class less and should be fired. Receipt in hand telling me what I didnt order. Suggestions! Stick with the drive thru. Insude chaos.

This place opened and there was no food available. The place has a full bullet proof shield. I dont blame them for that however is very uncomfortable to be at a place that is not properly manage and is in a bad neighborhood
