DUMB AS DIRT Went in for a shake. Having more than one college degree I am pretty sure I can read a menu. If I had a sixth grade education I am pretty sure I could still read that menu. Its a menu, not rocket science. This Burger King has the usual outside menu system with several choices in shakes. The regular shake was $2.89. The Oreo shake was $2.89. I order the Oreo shake and I am charged $3.89. And I mention that they have the price posted not once but on two different menus at $2.89 and they tell me I am wrong (as I am sitting there looking at the menu board). And I tell them to come out & look at the posted price on the menu and they tell me, and I quote "it doesnt matter what it say on the menu board it rings up on their cash register as $3.89". (obviously a savvy people person). And so I drive up to the window and this guy is just not giving in & refuses to honor the price on the menu. He just tells me I am wrong. And I ask for a manager and he doesnt want to do that either and then tells me to move my car up & a manager will come right out to speak with me (why do teenagers always assume older people were born yesterday) and I refuse and this goes on until the manager shows up & corrects the price. And unfortunately by that point, I was done with Burger King. Never going back again. This was the second time I have had the same issue. They dont update their menu, you order based on a published price and they charge what they went. Not my type of establishment.

How the hell do all these s*tty fast food joints have three stars around here???Theres possibly nooo way! Talk about bad service... I have to constantly remind them to heat the cheese on my bacon egg and cheese sandwich & the tatter tots are always hard as a brick. Ohhh and dont think your gonna get a "have a nice day" or greeting at the window. Shame.. these fast food places have great food but poor quality due to their workers.

Messed up are order 3 times had to wait 30 minutes just to get something that still wasnt right after waiting for "fast food" just dont know why I even tried to come here anymore

Horrible waited for 20 min outside in the parking lot for my food had to call to get it from the parking lot and every time I come the shake machine is down wtf......

Pearl st. Burger King is absolutely disgusting and the night shift manager on Thursday had the worst attitude. I would not recommend.

Not friendly at all- lacks quality- biggest problem is their door I couldnt open it its hard need fixed ASAP along with the bathroom
