I usually go inside, but opted for the drive-thru. Now I understand why its always backed up! The girl spent most of her time walking around with my food in her hand looking lost & confused. She held conversations with her coworkers instead of the task at hand. Then she handed me my food & says "Thank you" & disregarded me as if our business was done. I asked about my drink & she looked confused. Then leans out the window looking in my car like a soda would make or break the business. Who wants to steal a soda!? Then she asked what kind . . . really? It was sitting on the counter waiting. Then to make matters worse, i pull off & my wedges are stone cold! Who eats cold wedges/friesa? Everyone knows they cant be reheated, wasted money & time. Please people, beware of the drive-thru at this location and I personally will NEVER make that mistake again. Now dont get me wrong, I understand sometimes you have an off day, but it seemed as though she was having trouble with each customer, even before me.

Staff seemed to be too busy entertaining themselves rather than interested in greeting and assisting customers with orders. Service was unprofessional and slow even though they were not busy. We "rarely" go to KFC as it is, but this was very unimpressive. Only reason we selected KFC was because the family was craving chicken on a tight timeline, but all that changed once they got it. The extra crispy chicken appeared overcooked (dark rather then golden brown), but it was still extremely greasy. Sides tasted like they had been sitting around for a while. I dont know if I would even consider KFC for fried chicken again after this. Add to that the poor service and I see no reason to go back.

I went here for the first time with my grandma & we had to wait 20 minutes for our food. It was lunchtime. They didnt even apologized about the wait or even told us we had to wait. The food wasnt cold nor hot; it was room temperature & our biscuits was a little hard on the outside. The staff seemed not to care about its customers & took their time with each & every order. I used to work in fast food & I know you should tell your customers if they have to wait on food or whatever theyre waiting on. I worked at McDonalds & my McDonalds policy was to tell them if they had to wait on food. Even if its not policy I will still tell them because its called GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

employees were disrespectful, food made me sick most likely from dirty employees. spent $40 and both items where wrong. i usually dont return food unless for a refund only due to my fear of my replacement being tampered with i chose to stick with the wrong items and got sick anyway. stay away from this place.

With the taco bell kfc combo, its a great fast food restaurant with a huge menu. Tough to hear the drive through when the car wash across the street is going, but my orders have all been speedy, accurate, and delicious!

Came to this KFC because the one nearer me isnt very appealing. This KFC had great offers, no wait, very courteous cashier, clean restaurant, & very important.....Awesome Food!!!!....Ill be back again.

Went to get chicken the only time Ive ever gone, there was only one staff member working, and there was only a quarter of the menu available so we didnt order anything and left.

If you have to have your fix from the Colonel, the quality here is on par. You will be very satisfied. Just dont expect it to be fast here.
