Tried going there twice this week and never again. Drive thru was rude and you could hear them laughing over the speaker. The first time I ordered 2 chicken littles and a medium soda. I sat at the window for almost 5 minutes and didnt see a single employee inside. I was also the only customer inside or out as far as I could tell. Second time I ordered a pot pie and this must have really inconvenienced the employee cause she rudely told me they were out before going back to laughing with a coworker. I drove away both times unhappy. I wont be going back but its no real loss. The food is mediocre and too expensive. With all the new restaurants in the area theres a lot better choices.

If I could give this place a minus zero I would. I went there a week ago around 4pm and the door was locked. One of the workers came and let me in(should have been a warning) and said there was an issue with the staff. The place was a mess and there was food all over the floor and on the prep area. The container with the mash potatoes was not covered and just sitting on the prep area. One guy was back there with his drawers showing and no one seemed to care. This particular location has been going downhill for quite some time. They need to close it up, tear it down and replace it with something else.

Would give it no stars if I could. Went to drive thru and want 5 minutes. Then ask for my order they responded with we dont have that itll be 20 minutes. OK asked "what chicken do you have now"? Anwered: "we have no chicken". They said, they need roseann drop chicken and it will be a 25 minutes wait. We had already waited 10 minutes. We went to Price Chopper instead . Who knew! I thought maybe a chicken place would have chicken.

I was disappointed with my food tonight. This is the facility that I normally use and normally the food is good and fresh. Tonight the chicken stripes were cooked too much and were very hard. They were not very warm and seemed like they had been sitting around for awhile. They also did not have any honey mustard sauce.

Terrible overall experience, food took way too long I think they forgot to give it to me it seemed. At the table I was at I swear there was dry blood on it, it didnt look much like sauce. Very messy and dirty place. And kinda expensive too. Im done with KFC for good. I knew I shouldve went to Popeyes instead...

Just purchased 2 meals with un-sweetened iced tea. I had to repeat myself 3 times that I wanted the un-sweetened iced tea as we are diabetic. They gave me sweet tea instead. Had to throw them away. I tried to call them and only got fax machine. Looked for receipt in bag and nowhere to be found.

Worst ever KFC. RUDE AND VERY INCOMPETENT. SO INCOMPETENT IN FACT THEY CANNOT EVEN REMOVE A MENU SIGN WITH THE WRONG COMBOS LISTED AND REFUSE TO HONOR IT. WHICH IS FALSE ADVERTISING!!! CORPORATE WAS CONTACTED!!!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY MY FAMILY ATE AT SONIC, BETTER ANYWAY!!

Worst KFC ever....Husband went there to pick up dinner and was told no chicken ready....drive thu. Workers are rude and lazy ! Been there many time for under cooked chicken and half spoiled cole slaw......This was the last time !!!!!

I went in and wanted to order two 20 piece bucket of extra crispy chicken online the price is $28.99 per bucket she said that they were bought out and those prices would not be honored I was pretty upset about that

Never again, me and my family ate their this past Monday and we all got sick, diarrhea for three days, nausea and stomach cramps, I missed a day from work because of this, I am not happy with kfc at all.

Even though this one is out of our way, we prefer this one instead of the one closer to our house. Its clean, workers are great. They go that extra bit when you want a change out in your bucket...

Horrible. Food all over the place it looked like no had swept the place all day. They ran out of everything spent half the people I came with spent more then half the night in the bathroom.

Does not have regular chicken to fill order asks to substitute -waiting for more chicken to be cooked. This at 7:15 pm. Offers cake and drink for needing to wait.
