Ive been here perhaps a dozen times over the years, and with a variety of individuals. I find the place to be quite pleasant. The waitstaff are real people, and treat you with an authentic and friendly attitude. They remember me by name, even if a month or two has passed since Ive last visited. As for the food, its fantastic. The bread is hot and delicious. Im a seafood snob, and this is one of the only places in CT where I actively like it -- especially the sea bass, which is a hard-to-find treat in other places. Theyve shown creativity for the unusual requests Ive made in the past such as "Make me something with lemonade" or "Id like a virgin watermelon Mojito". There is no one that Ive brought there so far that was less than impressed with it. The restaurant is designed with lots of wall partitions and cubby holes, so even when its very busy, you feel like you are having a private experience. The waitstaff is attentive and talented, and I never want for anything. This is my favorite place to eat in the state!

Bread like the food was hot fresh & delicious. Service was great! Music from a band call Brass Connection played a whole spectum of music from the 60s and 70s. The band had a great variety of feel good dancing music. The owner even got into it with a song. Will go again for the music & the food. They also have 2 patios that I did not visit but people were having a great time. Sorry, I could resist eating before deciding on taking picture of the food.

We went for a cornbeef sandwich and the dining room was empty. The host sat us in the dining area. The man who waited on our table said"you are only having a sandwich you should sit at the bar..."this section is for fine dining" THIS MAN SHOULDNT BE WAITING ON TABLES. HIS TIP WAS LOW WE NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

I just came her for drinks and the bar staff suck. Tried for a half an hour at least to get their attention for another beer and then the waitress assumed I wanted an open tab and didnt give me back my card until again I finally got someones attention and asked for it back. Very disappointed with bar staff.

Good cheese omelette with fries. Good food after drinks at another bar. Please tl atmosphere and staff... A lot of live music on weekends. Decent St . Patrick celebration despite not being a Irish cafe. Good corn beef and lamb stew here.. Very nice pleasent Irish music on intercom music system here..

The service was excellent!!!! The food as well I had for appetizer bruchetta they bake their own bread nice and warm:) my main meal was the chicken sorenttino, which was very delicious cant complain!!!!!! Will return again

Mona Lisas offers the best authentic Italian food in the Waterbury area!!! Not only is the food OUTRAGEOUSLY YUMMY but the prices are reasonable and the staff is beyond pleasant and attentive.

Great Escarole & bean soup! Yummy chicken parmesan & pasta! Another favorite of mine is their stuffed artichoke & hoping they have it longer. Mmmn! Wait staff are real nice.
