Very nice room and exceptionally good service. This is a special occasion kind of place. It is expensive for western Connecticut. The appetizers were first-rate and there was a variety. There is a decent wine list and a good selection of cocktails, some inventive. The dessert chef may be the best in all of western Connecticut and probably beyond. I would return for the citrus trio alone. The fish poached in olive oil was very fresh and nicely presented. The beef selection was kind of tough and not much improved by an overly sweet sauce. Still a lovely spot in peaceful Bantam. Oh, yes, there is plenty of free restaurant parking less than a block away.

We showed up at 6p with no reservation as we had just arrived in town. They were obviously very busy at the bar and tables but said they had 1 table left and gave it to us. We were never rushed and got amazing service all evening by Rene. We had the pre-fixe menu for $23 and it was amazing. We had the calamari and mushroom risotto starters, lamb and sweet sausage pasta entrees and canoli for dessert. This is a cute little neighborhood Italian restaurant serving great food with even better service! They also have a nice outdoor area when the weather is nice. And another shoutout to Rene!!

This was our first time here and was pleasantly surprised . We were seated right away by the host . Decor with brick walls also a nice touch. Our waitress tended to our drink and food requests perfectly. While our food was very good , I was not happy with the surf and turf special ( lobster tail shell was not opened and meat was extremely hard to eat and not really sure if my steak was filet mignon since it was covered in a very thick brown gravy. Not how I would do it .Again , decor and staff very good , ask how your meal is prepared before ordering . Would I visit again - Yes

Signatures is our local favorite! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The food is fantastic and the cocktails are too! (We love the blue cheese stuffed olives in our martinis.) The setting is cozy and unique - we love the interior and how its decorated. Nothing but positives from us on this gem of a restaurant tucked away in downtown Waterbury. Well worth the initial trip and your subsequent returns!

This is my husband and my favorite "date night" place to go. The place is beautiful with the twinkling lights on the outside front patio and its charming, romantic decor inside. They have a delicious pre-fix menu Mon thru Thurs, with live music Thurs night. The food is fabulous and the service is great. The staff is also very accommodating if you have a dietary issue. Love this place.

Met another couple for a Christmas lunch and it was excellent. Calamari and carpaccio appetizers were excellent. Penne vodka and chicken risotto were also ample and very tasty. Wine prices were reasonable and service was attentive without being intrusive all in all a nice experience

The best hot dogs anywhere. Service is great, the place oozes with Waterbury memorabilia. Hot dogs come with all the fixins which you can put on yourself. Great fries, great fried mushrooms. Check it out.....you wont be disappointed.

So this place is a bit pricey, but if you are looking for delicious food, you have to go to here. It is southern dining at its finest. The side of corn will melt in your mouth. All of the cocktails are made to perfection!

A hidden gem in downtown Waterbury, Signature offers classic Italian fare and can go from empty to fully booked within a 30-minute time frame. Prix fixe menu is a great choice and the entertainment is wonderful.
