Ordered two pizzas at 6:28 and was told 20 minutes. We arrived around 6:50 and were told itd be a couple minutes which isnt a big deal. Finally at 7:06 the pizzas were given to us and we complained that their time estimates were extremely off as the pizzas were completed after 40 minutes not 20. One of the workers became angry and told us that it hadnt even been 40 minutes it had been 38 after looking our order up. The reason for the delay was that he had burned our first pizza, but he neglected to inform us of this which probably would have made everything ok. Instead he said that next time he would just give us a burned pizza. We informed him that there wouldnt be a next time which resulted in him giving us even more of an attitude. To make matters worse, the pizza that had been done in time was now sitting out for 20 minutes (18...sorry). Even if this pizza turns out to be amazing, the abhorrent customer service will keep me from returning. A little politeness and apology rather than belligerence would have been better served.

This is our all time favorite restaurant. Have been coming here for 10 years and never a dissatisfied meal. Pizzas are the best in town as far as Im concerned. Meal portions are so large that we end up bring 1/2 home for later. Prices are very reasonable and budget friendly. Most important, the facility is very well kept and clean. Service is very good. Waitstaff helpful and friendly.

Every time I go I never have a complaint. I usually order a large pizza with extra cheese, sausage, bacon, and ham along with a ham or turkey grinder with a large soda. The place is very traditional and pristine, staff is enthusiastic but as understaffed as they are sometimes they still do a wonderful job.

From the garlic bread to the dessert, everything is perfect! They make a better Philly Cheese Steak than anyone in Philadelphia! (and Ive tried them all!) and their pizza is awesome! Try the grilled chicken salad!

If you are looking for a good pizza in Winsted, then I suggest Kent Pizza. They were understaffed both times I went, but the waitresses did a great job. It is worth the visit.
