This place is awful. The food is very low quality and way to expensive, the service is some of the worst Ive ever had, and the place literally stinks. When you walk in it smells like sewage. They had the kitchen doors open and it just looked dirty. The floors were gross, I had to fight the flies from landing on my food as I was eating it, not to mention I was served the wrong breakfast. Our waitress said she was the owners daughter which I have a hard time believing seeing as though she looked like she just rolled out of bed in her pajamas and yawned as she was taking our order. Id think the owners daughter would be a little more professional than that. I wish google would let me rate this place in the negative. Id rather eat at the grease pit down the street for half the price and 1,000 times better service.

I looked for a place that served actual breakfast, this popped up and boy was it excellent. Not only was the service very friendly but the locals that eat here all the time were great as well. There is local wifi that you can tap into as well as the location near Bradley International Airport being kind of convenient for others. Had a delicious egg scrambler and a couple teas and it didnt cost me an arm and a leg; just 12 bucks. Shelby was very pleasant and kept me happy with conversation and the owner definitely lives to please. The decor is so cozy that anyone can enjoy their meal here. The lunch selection intrigues me enough to come back whenever Im in Windsor Locks. Ill be back, see you here!

Pickleworks is one of my favorite all time resturants. Theyre staff is friendly, the food is delicious and the prices arent that bad at all. Theyre prices are alot cheaper then local chains like ruby tuesday, tgi fridays, etc. and the food is awesome. Also since my daughter is a vegetarian and starting a diet, they have awesome vegetarian options and healthy choices. My favorite thing on their menu is theyre ruebens. Also to say theyre portions are pretty big. Id recomend this resturant to anyone. Also to say they do have some entertainment there on mothers day! they have 2 highschoolers come in and play some acoustic guitar.very very pretty.

Called store number listed on Google around 6PM the evening before I needed a simple box lunch for less than 20 people. Apparently, when no one picks up the phone at the store, the call rolls to the owners cell phone. Upon asking if I could place an order for the following day, the person who took my call aggressively asked "who I am and how did I get his phone number". He insisted that he was too busy to take an order and that I should call the store the following day to place mine. I have never posted a bad review on any site about a business, but taking my business elsewhere was simply not enough.

I dont know what the bad reviews that are associated with this place were about, but Im an old fat trucker, was getting loaded a block over. I waddled over here, and being southerner I found the staff very friendly, the place was clean and ornamental. Hey even the table at the booths move so as to accommodate my belly! Well cuddos to this place and I wish it well! P.S. this place is not pricey!! Highest entree was $13.99, breakfast highest was $10.99. If one calls that pricey then you dont eat where I do!

was pleasantly surprised by clean, up-to-date decor in not so nice strip mall. food not so pleasant. bacon had an odd rubberyness i have never before experienced (and i eat a lot of bacon). french toast was good but a bit pricey. gf had egg blt and homefries and was not impressed. waiter was friendly and private empty dining room was nice. was looking for a change from friendlys and was left wishing i had stuck with the cookie-cutter consistancy of the chain restaurant.

Excellent Meat Lovers Pillow Omelette. Very good coffee. The meat lovers omelette was very good. The side potatoes were also very good. Prompt initial service. The owner was a nice fellow to chat with. The one negative was the waitress never followed up with my meal but more importantly I never got a refill on the good coffee. The attention to detail was missing. Anticipating the guest unexpressed needs is the key. Comfy cool spot otherwise.

So excited to see what will come next for this new Coffeeshop here in town! The coffee and tea is amazing! Loose leaf tea is rare to come by anywhere local! The staff is super friendly, they explained everything to me how to brew my own tea at home. If you need the best cup of coffee or tea in the Windsor Locks area, IT IS HERE! Also, their Chai is a fall MUST HAVE!

This has been my second visit here and again Im pleasantly surprised. The food is super fresh and very tasty. The coffee is top notch and I like that I can mix the flavors on my own. Try the sausage links! Plump and flavorful.

Great restaurant and coffeehouse that is hidden in Windsor Locks. The food is actually really good and they never seem to be packed during the day. Have never been during morning rush.

The ambiance, waitress, and omelets were ALL FIRST RATE! A great stop right after landing and searching for quality breakfast that beats the heck out of Golden Arches.

Food is good, well prepared. But pricey. $14+ for pastrami on rye, fries and a coke. After a modest tip, its a $17 lunch , cant do it.

Weak coffee selection, breakfast was pretty good. FYI: give them your order and pay at the front, then sit wherever you want.
