Was horrible. I ordered pizza and it was great. So then the next day I decided since the pizza was so good I would order some stuff off the regular menu besides pizza. So me and some friends ordered a bunch of different food. It took over an hour to be delivered. The salads were inedible, the veggies were rotten. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and the bottom Patty was like a chunk of charcoal, thats how burnt it was. The top Patty was 100% raw. We also ordered a chicken parmesan, the chicken was half raw, the breading was mushy, the spaghetti was so over cooked that it felt like a bunch of wet mush. None of it was edible at all. So I called and tried to explain what was wrong with the food. I got cussed out by a rude person over the phone and told it wasnt there problem and that if I wanted to I could call back tomorrow and talk to the owner. So I called back the very next day and tried explaining about the previous evening to the supposed owner and she very loudly decided to call me a list, and that she has never had any complaints about her restaurant, her employees and her food. And that I could go f*** myself because it wasnt her problem. I spent well over $100 on inedible food that if I had eaten any of it, it could have killed me and several of my friends. Save your time and your money and dont bother going to tasty tomatoe, its the farthest thing from there name.

The customer service here sucks! The manager is rude and doesnt accept any responsibility for any complaints she gets! I ordered fries with chicken tenders and they stuffed the fries with the tenders in a small paper bag! I called and she had the nerve to say that its to keep the fries from getting soggy! Well surprise surprise the fries were soggy! This is one of many issues Ive had at this place! I went with my family once and ordered a special where it was a large pepperoni pizza with wings and soda I requested to only have pepperoni on half (still pay like if it was pepperoni on the whole.pie) and she said she couldnt because the special was all pepperoni.. All that had to be done was not put pepperoni on half I was paying the same.price wasnt asking for a lower price she couldnt do it because she isnt into pleasing the customer. It seemed as it was so hard to stop putting pepperoni on half rather than whole! Smh. This lady is rude, always has an attitude and doesnt know how to please the customer! Im never going back and I have been advising my friends about this (which most have had issues themselves) this manager is def bad for business and not to mention my friend worked.there and the nasty things they do to the food, not sanitary at all.. Think twice about eating here.

Ordered food, said it would take 45... Took over an hour.. okay, fine... no big deal. We did a follow up call just to make sure everything was okay.... we were told the driver had just left.... 30 minutes later (mind you we are 5 min down the road)... when we got the food, everything was cold, the fries were soggy and cold... we called again... the owner told us the driver had to stop home to turn off his stove the driver told us he fell asleep in his car at another delivery because no one else was answering their door.... yeah... so thats 2 different stories... Yeah, never ordering from here again. Very unprofessional. I like to support small businesses but dont make up stories and there is no excuse for a delivery person to "fall asleep" at another delivery spot... also, no need for food to be cold and soggy when its 5 min down the road.

Most of the negative reviews are from ages ago. Now the place is pretty good. Its the best pizza in these sticks over here actually. Its a little ordinary but the other options in the area seem to enjoy slapping grease on their pies. This place is pretty decent. The service has been good. I order. They deliver. I ordered hamburgers one time that werent that hot and they seemed concerned as to why I didnt like it and gave me my money back. Cant get better service than that. I ordered a burger on another day and it was pretty good. Maybe an off day. It happens. The people there are really nice and things are clean and run smoothly. I cant complain. Its a go to place for food when you dont want to cook. Everything else in this area pretty much stinks so that says a lot.

Ive been ordering from this place for quite some time now and have NEVER had an issue with the quality of the food, the delivery time or the customer service. While some of these bad reviews are from when this was Husky Pizza, even some of the newer bad reviews dont make sense. Maybe Im the luckiest guy on the planet, but so far Im happy with this restaurant. Now, to be fair, Ive only ever ordered pizza, so beyond that I cant really review anything. My suggestion is to ignore the bad reviews and give it a shot.

took two hours to get my order because they messed up and delivered to the wrong house. When I called they were rude about it and even implied that I was lying and they would not give me the order if they went to the same house they said they first went to. The fact that they would even say that to me instead of apologizing is ridiculous. They just lost a customer. I hope arguing over a $10 order was worth it to them.

Very very racist, it took 2 1/2 hour for large pie. Than they wouldnt let me add pepper or garlic. Whats funny I was next in line to order while 6 people was behind me to place order. It was sad to say they left my order for last... Very racist towards latino people, many complaints from the latino people in willimantic.

I ordered a steak and cheese grinder from this place. Garbage. It didnt even taste like steak. DO yourselves a favor and eat from Pleasant pizza. I only went to tasty because pleasant is closed mondays, guess what? There is nothing tasty about garbage food.

I walked in for a pick up order and found one of the staff touching my grinders with his bare hands. Tried to give them anther shot, got a chicken parm and i couldnt even finish it. Chicken was under cooked and chewy. I will NEVER go here again.

They refuse to answer the phone. Ive called over ten times and no answer. Husky pizza workers if you did not want to deliver pizzas after 9pm then maybe you shouldnt work at a pizza restaurant. You signed up for that.

DO NOT GO HERE! Absolutely horrible. Owners are definitely in the wrong business. Foods disgusting, service isnt any better. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else... It will be the biggest mistake you never made.

The owners are SO rude, as he was taking an order at the front counter he told me to be quiet. I was speaking at a normal tone of voice. Also Food Sucks!
