Owner called me a liar basically when I called stating my pick up sandwich order was wrong, and that I simply wanted some customer service. I was treated horrifically. I was a regular customer for a year before, often went there for a burger or sandwich, and never complained before to them! Ridiculous service from the owner woman. I got better service from a fast food restaurant like Taco Bell when theyve messed up my orders on every single occasion. Sad. Detail: Last year I visited Kolossos. I had been there many times for a full year before, a regular customer even though the food wasnt particularly fantastic, and the service often got my food wrong, I came back still. I never complained about the food order being wrong until my last experience with them. I ordered a sub sandwich over the phone for pick up. On my way home from work was the plan. That day was when a bad snow storm, or rain storm (one of the two) was on its way, and it had already begun, the roads werent safe, especially in the dark. So I picked up my food, and went right home. When I opened it and found it was wrong, I called and stated so because I was so frustrated and hungry. (I was actually pregnant as well, so this upset me even more) The teenage girl stated she couldnt do anything for me unless I brought back the sandwich right then. I told her I wasnt going to go back out in the dark and the storm again that night, and asked for some sort of customer service from her. I figured I could get back the next day or something. I was home alone too, so I had no one to send out for me. She said the OWNER would be in some hours later at 8:30pm, and I could call back to talk to her about it then. I said okay, thanks. So I called back. Id met this lady before on a few occasions picking up my food. I always ordered pick up. She answered and I politely told her what happened, that they messed up my sandwich, but I wasnt in a condition, nor did I think it safe to come back out in the storm to return a messed up sandwich. My dinner was already ruined any way. She flat out told me that her cooks didnt report any mistakes today, and that she believes her cooks over me the customer. I was shocked that she basically CALLED ME A LIAR! Wow! I repeated her words and waited because I was already angry that she was condescending and rude to me, and I wanted to give her a chance to take that back. She said the same thing again. I was so shocked and didnt think to yell at her because it was so unbelievable. She sat there in silence for over a minute. I thought she hung up and I said "Hello?" and her answer was "I can give you 10% off your next order" with an incredible B word attitude... So summed up the OWNER, not the teenage phone girls because they were always polite and respectful, was incredibly RUDE, and accused me of lying to her for a freaking sandwich. I was a regular customer, and never complained previously, and this is was my treatment. Food not that great, so it was easy to never go back. I told my family and friends to forget them, theyre not worth it. None of my money will EVER go back to the OWNER of that so called restaurant business that RELIES on CUSTOMERS for their money. Again sad, completely unprovoked, and unnecessary behavior from them.

Pizza was edible at least, better than some places is the best I can say. The crust/dough was pretty bland. Tasted like they used a ball of frozen dough the got from the Big-Y deli down the street. They charge for two toppings if you order half and half. Then they argue with you and try to convince you that it makes sense. They obviously dont understand how fractions work. For what I paid for a 16" pizza, I could have gone to Big-Y myself and gotten the ingredients to make at least two pizzas. I will not be going back.

We moved to Stafford not too long ago and had been told there werent any restaurants in the area that delivered. Decided to call Kolossus and was pleasantly surprised to find out that they do in fact deliver. Ordered a hawaiian pizza with bacon (a small b/c I am the only one who will eat it) , a cheese pizza and chicken caesar salad. Looked good, smelled good, pizza arrived hot and tasted delicious! Also the delivery guy was very polite and courteous. Will definitely order from them again!

Everything was superb. The food is creative, beautiful and delicious. True works of art. The service is wonderful, warm, not at all pretentious. A meal to remember for sure!
