I really dont think it even should get a star. The chicken tasted like fish. Yup fish, the rice tastes like well a plastic bag. The servings however were big. (Maybe to hide the fish) the place is run by two elder Chinese folks Im guessing husband and wife. I dont think Ill be back EVER if you like fish or fishy tasting food then this is the place for you.

I purchased food there once so far. It is a roomy, clean, and popular place in downtown Stafford Springs. We enjoyed the General Tsos chicken. The sweet and sour chicken could have had better quality meat (somewhat stringy) and was more breading than meat. The sauce had good consistency, color, and flavor. We will eat their food again.

Ming moon is the very essence of whats wrong with food. The place is filthy; the food is horrendously mediocre. If overcooked, over sauced salty meat is your bag, then this is the place for you. Terrifying; just terrifying

This place stinks!!! In the chicken and rice soup, the chicken tasted like prison slop. The chicken sticks were basically charcoal sticks. The timing was really bad. I do not recommend it to ANYONE!!!

Food was squarely mediocre. Crab rangoons were pretty tasty as were the egg rolls. But the chicken/broccoli, shrimp/broccoli, and chicken/garlic sauce were all "meh."
