I never go to KFC, and this place reinforces that. Co-worker wanted some, went through drive through, the employees inside were yelling at each other, they got the order entirely wrong, and they handed the driver loose packets of dipping sauce, napkins, and cookies. Were sitting here laughing as they complete the order, wondering if they are going to hand us his order of chicken with tongs right onto his lap. This place is awful. 10 minutes weve been here waiting for his food, laughing about how disorganized and sad this place really is. Next time my coworker asks if I want to go for a ride, Im going to make sure he isnt coming here first. EDIT: He said he would never come here again, so problem solved.

staff was so lazy. we walked in waited 20 minutes to be served and there wasnt anyone in there. They were in the back talking, the one who served me and my children had hickeys on her neck and dismissed me as if we didnt matter. Over charged charged us and had to fix it and than gave us food that had been siting out for awhile. This place is disgusting and the staff and management definitely needs to be changed.

Worst KFC in CT. Save yourself some major disappoint in quality, cleanliness and customer service by driving 4 miles west and go to the KFC in Manchester 3 exits west. I ate here 8 years ago and was so disgusted I never went back until tonight. It was just as bad as it was 8 years ago. On my way to Manchester.

Dont waste your time going to the manchester kfc they screw up the orders all the time and they have a hard time understanding English...vernon kfc is way better! Kfc corporate really needs to read reviews and shut the manchester store down!

This KFC is on par for the quality of the food, however the restaurant seemed to get very little traffic. There were food items missing from each of our meals - but the staff quickly gave us the missing items when we brought up the problem.

Its KFC, the staff are nice. It is clean but there arent allot of customers, so its kinda spooky. Food was as expected, $5 fill up us what my friends wanted and they were happy.... We went back and everyone was super friendly.

Very good food, however very long wait time, and many people were returning there food. Some of my food was cold. I recommend you avoid coming around the weekend and lunch/dinner times if you dont have a lot of time

20 min before closing i was told they were out of chicken tenders. Order a famous pulled up to the window and was told they are out of those too. Simply too lazy to serve a hungry patron.
