Its so hard to understand what theyre saying sometimes. Like any fast food place I avoid having ice in my beverage as you never know how often they clean the machine. Also the drinks come cold anyway. Problem with these guys is theyll argue about why no ice when its a simple order. then when I get my drink its 3/4 full...KFC already makes you pay extra for a drink along with the meal, but come on. Soda pop isnt that much of a big deal when conserving money for profit...

@KFC, manchester, CT.. Today evening I asked for 2 thighs , one with crispy and one with grilled but he gave me 2 drums with each flavor.. that too grilled drum is like very thin , only bone and skin.. I hate to goto KFC.. but thought they would have changed their service and quality, I gone there one year after. Last year I got very salty thighs bucket.. Dont know I have bad luck with KFC or they have bad service and quality wit costly price..

Food is just what it is to be expected at any KFC. The language barrier is the only border that needs to be crossed when ordering here as I cant understand what the staff members are saying to me because they are of middle eastern descent. The place is clean and well kept.

Not to be racist but.....i kinda stood out like a finger monkey at a drive thru, I couldnt even understand them #1and it smelt more like B.O and curry and thai and sometin DEODORANT PLEASE we are in america so yall need to smell good than you and have a blessed day

It wasnt even busy in the restaurant, but the guys working were not listening! I asked twice for sauce for my order, yet they still did not put it in the bag! You get what you pay for, that is for sure.

This place sucks the service is horrible they have a hard time understanding English and mess up orders all the time! Kfc in Vernon is way better! I dont know how this place is still open lol...
