Lousy customer service, Shafted by the owner I have been purchasing chicken necks for my pure-bred pup for the last year and half from this place though I always have to call ahead to make sure they have them and it can be nearly impossible to get the guy in the store to pick up. Then recently as I was about to check out, the guy told me that the price per pound went up by 10 cents. It seemed a little shady at the time. For all I know that guy was pocketing the extra money. This last time, I specifically told the guy I wanted chicken necks as I had tried the backs but my dog refuses to eat them. It wasnt until I got home that I realized he had scammed me. He sold me a 40lb box of useless ckn backs and charged me for the necks. I go out of my way and make a special trip just to get this item. Needless to say, I was very upset and disappointed. I have no place to store a whole 40lb box of anything in my freezer so keeping it to make a return was out of the question. I called and spoke with the owner and he acted surprised that I would not be returning an opened container of food (as if he was planning to resell it!). I dont eat this stuff but some people do. I could not believe he actually expected me to return the item especially considering that I will not be able to go back out that way for another week or two. This was their mistake, not mine. Why should I be inconvenienced with making a return of a perishable item? I was able to get a verbal agreement from him that I can pick up the box of ckn necks I paid for at my next visit, free of charge. Lets hope he stands by his word. My only consolation is that I will be moving soon and will not have to deal with this company again.

This would be a good place to get unloaded at but they only take cash. owner has that mentality of Im a big business owner and I will treat a driver anyway I want to cuz Im mr. Billy badass well heres a news flash for you Billy badass this is 2016 not 1950 a lot of companies have gotten away from taking cash for lumper fees here take Comcheck how to take a credit card or debit card and if you train your employees the proper way he wouldnt have had a problem taking contacts but obviously your employees are morons just like the owner of the company still invest in your company and get a credit card machine how do you know how much money to bring with you when you come to this s******* when you aint never been here he needs time alone before hes going to change so how much money are you supposed to carry with you really come on

I personally was very disappointed in the store. We went into the store looking for about a 3 pound whole chicken. There were only Cornish game hens in the freezer.we did purchase two. However if you are planning a party you can buy lots of chicken wings in bulk. They also had some kind of beef roast and Jamaican meat pies. Since we shop just for two we will not return.
