Go here at least once a month for fried chicken mainly because Wings Over you have to order then wait a while and the nearest KFC is across town. Chicken is good and their mild favor...... Oh I mean spicy (yeah right)... It has a barest amount of heat if it just came outta the frier but if you want more, ask for as much hot sauce as you can get. Place is clean and presentable yet the only issue I have is sometimes waiting more than 10 minutes for chicken as they are in the process of cooking more. Understandable to me as Im typically a passionate person a will wait without issue but if there are seven or more people working that day, at least one person shouldve noticed the chicken amount getting low and begin cooking more.

Taste wise....the worst Ive eaten! (Coleslaw had a bitter taste along with cabbage tasting a bit old) Customer service...Barely spoke English and Wrong sides even after repeating it back to me as they bagged my food (which I didnt find out it was wrong until I got home which was 1hr away) I enjoy eating Popeyes (great experiences in 4different states) but this experience in the Springfield MA restaurant lacked what I was use to.

Ordered a #9 (9 piece chicken nugget) with a side of mash potatoes and an extra side of cajun fries....I was only given 4 pieces of nuggets that were actually edible and the rest were tiny little pieces of just breading and very very small! Also, the side of fries i asked for were dumped into the 9-piece box which werent for me and had to dig them all out for the person who ordered them. Unprofessional and no quality control.

I am DISGUSTED!!! While eating a peace of their chicken, i found a MAGGOT in the breading! I will NEVER return to their establishment or any of their establishments. This is a sign of a dirty kitchen or SPOILED FOOD! This is a major safety hazard which i reported to the FDA, hopefully they will do something about this.

The employee cleaning table did not even say "excuse me" to me or my family the customer service needs to be better not very happy that she was talking across the table to another employee that was at the table across from us but the food was good

No employee spoke English, they had about 5 or 6 small children in the restaurant that belonged to the employees, the children were wrestling in the middle of the floor. Get a baby sitter before you go to work!

This place sucks! Spicy chicken always seems old and takes forever to make more! Employees all speak Spanish amongst each other making some customers feel a little uncomfortable!
