Normally I dont write this stuff, and also normally - if you asked me - Id say Roma was the place to go... But truthfully, theyre rude and just Suck at customer service. Ive ordered from here for over 10 years!! Not only have the clams CONSISTENTLY gotten worse over the years, but the service has too. For the last few years (depending on the night and I guess, who was working) I would order the Clams Casino but substitute the clams for shrimp - (like I said, the clams now suck! Green and fishy! Gross!)... But while its always never been (nor should it be) a problem to substitute the 2 (Id pay more if that was the problem, and it WAS before in the past a few times) - but seems like they just dont care. Their quality & service have BOTH nose dived! Tonite was the final straw. Id never post this kind of stuff if it wasnt LEGIT!... Website says 11... They close at 10 & just past 9:35 say: pick up only... Fine. Place the order, and they wont even substitute frozen shrimp for canned clams??? On an over $40 order??? Go pound sand Romas

A friend had purchased a margarita pizza from Roma on a Saturday night recently and it looked excellent, nice tomato slices and fresh basil leaves. The following night I placed an order at Roma for the same pizza. It was quite expensive for a medium sized pizza, but it had looked so good the night before and with the fresh ingredients I looked forward to it as a special treat. My pizza looked nothing like the previous nights pizza. In place of fresh basil leaves, these guys had the nerve to sprinkle on dried basil and charge me the premium price. I called Roma and the young man offered some hostile excuses about running out of basil on Friday. Again, they served it Saturday, but who cares? Either way, I was charged for something they didnt give me. The young man working wanted to argue and claimed he was "sort of a part owner". I was not offered a refund or exchange. I wont buy pizza here ever again.

Excellent pizza! This is a little hole in the wall with only one table, but it was perfect for us. We got the Margarita pizza and it was amazing, my brother & I finished an entire large pizza in one sitting! They have canned drinks you can purchase also. Great little pizza place.

Im telling you right now....this place has the best pizza and best grinders in the state of Connecticut..and possibly most of Massachusetts. Luckily I live right around the corner but Im telling ya I hit the jackpot with this place. Great service too.

Best pizza in the area. Excellent flavor on basic cheese pie from sauce, cheese and crust. And the specialty pizza combinations are insane, every pizza Ive had has been cooked perfectly. Consistently great food. That brick oven does magic.
