I think they may have recently updated their transaction equipement. I go there a lot and the only time I have had to wait, is when there is a big line of people waiting for their order. Unfortunate one reviewer had to wait. Most of the time it would be worth it, but I can assure you, most of the time, check out is very quick. Also not sure why someone would plug another deli, which looks to be pretty expensive as well. If price point is an issue, I can recommend some decent places. The food has always been very good. I typically get Ruben, or Buffalo Meltdown. And recently had Poutine for first time. They are all my favorites. Cant wait to try their breakfast sometime, or one of their burgers. I just have hard time ordering something different because the stuff I have had has been great!

My family and I were on vacation and went here to get some local food. The menu looked awesome and we knew what we wanted to order, but there were major cash register issues. The guy made us wait 15 minutes to try to help a woman purchase maple syrup, but to no avail. He kept saying things like "looks like it may be working" and eventually admitted the whole system was down. We ended up leaving to go down the street somewhere else. I dont know why they couldnt just use pen & paper. What a disappointment.

The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. The food from the deli is amazing. The Paninis are too die for. The only issue is that some of the food they sell isnt fresh. On one occasion I bought trail mix that was stale and beef jerky. This store doesnt get the turnover on all items like a supermarket does, so this is the end result. Not that big of a negative, just be aware of what youre buying. This will not stop me from being a frequent customer.

I love it, I Have been going there since day 1 that they opened. Seeing how i live right up the street its very convenient for me. Food is amazing. If you want a Delicious Ruben they have it, deff my favorite thing on the last out of many to choose from. Highly recommend!

Looking for a burger that doesnt run you nine bucks, go no further. Good quality meat, excellent buns. The quality doesnt stop there, if you want a reasonably priced lunch in Winooski you couldnt pick a better place.

This is a little deli/convenience store. The food is home-cooking style and good, but prices have been creeping up and some of my favorite items (a few of their salads) have dropped off the menu.
