Friendly staff, but poorly mismanaged. Wait times exceed 20 minutes (longer for mobile orders). Mobile orders are neglected until you interrupt the barista to physically hand it to you after noticing that it has been sitting there for 20+ minutes.

Stopped at this place while I was having motorcycle road trip from new haven to new york. Very cozy and nice place. Not crowded, very good atmosphere, nice staff and fast coffee, clean bathroom. Cant complain.

Nice interior but still backs up a lot during prime hours. In the morning or earlier in the day on weekends you can save a huge amount of time by ordering via the app and skipping the queue.

Plenty of seating, and plenty of plugs for all your gadgets. Staff here is always friendly, and they keep the place clean. There is a patio out back with some more outside seating.

Consistently slowest starbucks anywhere, and its not THAT busy. Cold decaf, and very reluctant to use the clover. Saved by Laura who seems the most efficient by far.
