The workers here RUINED my baby shower!!! My "host" got a personal phone call on his cell phone and started to scream in Chinese so loudly we could all hear here over the music in the private party room. He scared the little kids that attended my shower and they did nothing about it. My GUESTS had to go up to him several times to ask him to take it somewhere else. My guests and I had to ask him several times to bring drinks and he kept forgetting several people. I was just going to let all of this go until he did the most bizarre thing I have ever seen. While I was opening my gifts (I still had an hour left of the party at this point and was half way through them) he decides to HELP ME open MY gifts!! While all my guests are seated around me watching, taking videos and photographs. So now I have this guy in my photos opening my gifts! What a great keepsake to look back on! At the end of the party when they presented me my bill I saw that the "gratuity" was added to it. I then went up to the front to ask for a manager or owner. When I had told her the circumstances of her employee and the things he had done she told me she spoke to him about the phone call and told him not to do that anymore. I couldnt believe it! So I am supposed to be satisfied that he was spoken to like a child?! I also mentioned how I felt I was being rushed out and was very upset about him unwrapping my gifts. Her response was that he was trying to help me to be nice and if I didnt want the help I should have told him to go away. I should have told him to go away?! I felt like I was at a daycare center not my baby shower!!! If he doesnt know how to behave he shouldnt be working!!! I told her I wanted his tip back because I did not feel he deserved it and she refused. She also started smirking and laughing at me because I was crying. Im 8 months pregnant, my shower was ruined by this guy, and obviously I am super emotional! I couldnt help but cry! At that point I lost my cool and called her a b**** and walked away. My best friend then said to her this is not right the way she is being treated she is a high risk pregnancy and has a heart condition, you can cause her to go into early labor! You should really apologize and give her his tip back. She then says to her in a nasty attitude she is lucky I even allowed her to have her party, she was supposed to have 35 people and she is 2 short. UNBELIEVABLE! My friends mother has cancer and got very ill that morning so last minute they were not able to make it! So I was 2 people short. Does she know this or care to even ask?! NOPE! They money they "lost" from the two less people was $24, less than his undeserved $30 tip! IF none of this would have happened I would have even paid for the 2 that were absent! But with the way I was treated I did not even want to pay my entire bill let alone 2 people!!! In the end she offered me half his tip and I turned it down. I wanted his whole tip because he did NOTHING to earn it! I will never go back here again and I suggest everyone else does the same!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!!!

If youre thinking about going here turn around and head to any other take out place. I went with two friends because they told me the food was pretty good and really cheap for a buffet. The food was not good at all. Low quality meats. They had sushi as well which was also pretty terrible but thats to be expected from a Chinese place which serves sushi. I had to pay about $20 for the bill but I would have been happier eating at my local takeout place for half the price and better food. Service wasnt horrible as there was multiple wait staff helping us but one lady server brought us the check and went back to the register and stared at us (with a look as if we werent going to pay) until we left. Overall bad experience and I will not be returning

Crazy thing is I was there when Gwen S.(person who commented below) had her baby shower and was very appalled by how she was treated. She is 100% right. I thought about throwing my daughters first birthday party here but my hubby took me here a few months ago and the food was so nasty, and just not appealing at all. I guess they have their good and bad days but I like consistency when it comes to my food. So I say no to having an event here and hopefully if you decide to go just to dine I hope for your sake you catch them on one of their "good" days.

Out of any Chinese restaurant on Long island or anywhere,for that matter, this "Golden Buffet" has the best Sushi bar altogether. Always consistent and fresh, start with your choice of salad and Sushi, and,when in season,freshly shucked oysters. There is soup ,hot n sour,egg drop,n wonton and though this is a buffet, try not to insult the chefs,the cuisine is authentic n delicious.The chicken dishes are superb. Desserts are usually,fresh fruits,and cream puffs n tiny cakes. beat all the competitors for affordable quality food...KNA

Absolutely Terrible , one of the first places I went to for chinese food once I moved out here. The food was stale as if they only make one batch in the morning and just store it under a heat lamp for 24 hours. It made me want to vomit. My girlfriend even found something in her pink lemonade ! Just two bites of the pre-frozen popcorn shrimp and I have had enough , I just sat there while the rest of my guest pretended to enjoy their food . Highly wouldnt recommend . Save your money and go to mcdonalds

The most foul Chinese food I have ever had in my life. Between the chicken with a rusty water spigot dripping into the pan... To the shrimp that were fried that still had eyes, feet and whiskers on them.. The food was not fresh, the fried chicken was yellow and the peanut chicken was pink. I expected this place to tickle my fancy but it did quite the opposite.

Never went here before recently because its not advertised well and its in a dead mall. The food, however, is delicious and fresh, the prices are very good for what you get, unlimited seafood, meat, sushi, salad bar, dessert and more. Definitely worth a try if you like buffets or seafood...even if you dont, still try it out.

Ate there last night, aug 3, 2017. Food was horrible. Used to love this place. Now, presentation and taste of food unacceptable . Customer for 7 years, but never going back. Staff, especially male manager very unfriendly. Take ride to deer park ave buffet. Cleaner and better quality food.
