Tonight my husband and I took my Olive Garden gift card I won at work and headed out for a nice meal, so we thought. Based on their commercials, they say when you are there you are like family and it is like getting a home cooked Italian meal. Not even close! Our waiter started by apologizing twice for the long wait and he would be right with us to take our order and thanked us for our patience when he finally came to our table. I ordered chicken marsala like I do at any restaurant and my husband got the eggplant Parm. When he ordered it the waiter was sure to ask if having the skin on the eggplant was ok as that is how they cook it and my husband said ok. Our salad arrived drowning in dressing, so I asked for our refill with no dressing and that one tasted like stop & shop bagged salad, you could taste that chemical taste of what they use to keep it fresh. Probably why they drown it in salad dressing so you cant taste it. The bread sticks that use to taste like garlic bread were plain bread sticks with a lot of salt on top. Our waiter said, " would you like dipping sauce for the bread?" we said yes assuming it was complimentary ( surprised to see $3.79 CHARGE FOR IT ON OUR BILL) My dinner arrived and the potatoes looked like something out of a freezer bag, like they had white freezer burn on them, but they ended up being the only part of the two meals that tasted good. But my chicken was tuff, dry and rubbery like chewing grizzle, the chicken looked to be medallions pan seared with wine added and then the mushrooms. Marsala his suppose to be breaded cutlets pan fried with wine added and then the mushrooms. This chicken was clearly tuff and overcooked, and so were the mushrooms. My husbands spaghetti was also over cooked because the starch glued it to the plate and it was dry. His tongue was burning after a few bites of the eggplant and wasnt sure if it was due to the skin being left on, so he couldnt finish it. When the waiter asked how are dinners were, I told him everything I said here and he said he would get a mgr. He came back and told us that the Mgr was dealing with another customer and it looked serious and he would come see us shortly. Why would he tell us something like that?! The mgr finally came over and when I told him he said, " really, you are the second customer to complain about tuff rubbery chicken tonight, I will have to order it for dinner and try it myself later to see what is going on. Can I offer you complimentary desserts"? I said I was diabetic and couldnt have any but I want to give him this feedback so it could get it all corrected. When I was told at work, I won a gift card and could choose any $25 gift card on the spinner, I chose the Olive Garden one because my husband liked it based on our last 2 dinners there which I always found to be too salty for my taste and blood pressure. we were both so disappointed, that I doubt we will ever go back again.

Furious after tonights attempted dinner. My young daughter and I were seated in the bar area. The waiter took three peoples order who arrived after us and never once acknowledged us. He wouldnt even make eye contact with us and went out of his way to avoid us. The manager passed by three times as well and never asked if we were being served. When I got up leave and expressed my disgust on the way out, I was met with eye rolls and general apathy over the situation. Three employees didnt seem to care or make an attempt to apologize. Maybe the dinner was great for those who got served, but Ill never know because Ill never return. Worst dinning experience in my 40 years.

I would have to say that Im not a big fan of Olive Garden. Before this location the last one Ive been to was in Charlotte, NC and the service and food sucked. Dirty dishes...just a mess. I had vowed to never visit again. While visiting back home in CT I went to this location with my little sister. I must admit that it was really good. The salad was cold, fresh, and delicious. The soup had tons of flavor and I was truly shocked at how nice the service was. So I guess it all depends on the location.

Really bad experience, had to wait for over an hour before the waitress came back to apologize for forgetting to get us any salad. She finally brought out our apitizers with a dirty spoon and kept apologizing. The food came after an hour and thirty minute I just tasted all three on my plate and literally called her to take it back. Im definitely not walking in there again. just order Chinese and stay home it taste better.

Been going to olive gardens for years now and they are always good. But this last time the garlic bread sticks were very salty more than usual and I understand that its a trick to make you drink more but they really need to cut it down a little the salad was money and are dinners were too as always and the 3 of us were full for under $50 and we even took food home that we had for lunch the very next day cant beat that.

We have yet to find an Olive Garden that really impresses us anymore. The meatballs are never fresh, the pasta portions seem to be shrinking, the newer entrees that they are bringing in dont really come out well and the service is always spotty. If another chain italian restaurant opens near here I would not see it ending well for OG given how poorly our experiences seem to be.

Chicken was so overcooked it could not be cut with a fork or chewed. Tons of nasty black grill dirt and the entire plate was swimming in sauce. Notified the server who barely acknowledged the problem, whisked the plate away, and brought the bill. No manager came to the table and we paid in full. It was our first visit to this location and we will not be back.

The soup, salad and bread sticks were plentiful that day. I remember it as if it were yesterday. Unfortunately, a gray cloud hung over our gentle protagonists head. I ordered the lasagna rolls and it was good going down. 15 minutes later at Best Buy... Then, again at Target... almost didnt make it home. I am going again this Saturday.

Always good food and good service. As a matter of fact, we stopped in for lunch one day, the waitress forgot to put in our appetizer which wasnt a big deal, and the general manager gave us a $25 gift card and said "come back and I promise we will get it right! Im so sorry!". Most managers wouldnt even care!

Worst meal Ive ever had. Fruit in drinks was old and discolored, tomatoes were mushy in salad, chicken was rock hard and burned, even the spaghetti was gross and inedible. Made mozz sticks from Stop and Shop and they were better than the app here. Save your money.

Hated it service sucks they argued with me 5 times because the server messed up my order and the bill and they over charged me twice for something that I didnt even get. Never going back the manager tried to argue with me even though he knew the server was wrong
