Well it wasnt busy in there at all. the service was poor. our appetizer was nasty. the artichoke dip tasted like fish. our waitress came out with our food. told her what was wrong. never did she come back to the table after she served us our meal. Never came back to our table to see how our meal was at all. the only time we saw her was when we were swiping our c/c then i got more soda an a box for my take home. an then you wonder why you only got a $1.00 for a tip. it was to bad cause my daughter usually tip very well .for the amount of money we paid per plate was not worth it. i got better service at the noddle company then here. will not ever return

took 2 friends to birthday lunch yesterday. Absolutely lousy experience! There was a piece of a broken plate in my soup, the manager, Raul, came to our table, appologized profusely, and offered to comp the lunch. Okay, that is the right thing to do. We use the restrooms to wash up before settling the drink portion of the bill, NO HOT WATER!!! How the hell are they even washing the dishes?? And the toliets dont flush!!!! Complained again, got another round of appoligies, got the bill, and they only comped one soup, not all three as he had told us. NEVER imagined we would be treated so horrid.

We werent happy this visit. The waiter dropped the appetizer on the table then proceeded to use his bare fingers to put it back on the serving platter and served it to us. Also, when we were ready to leave we couldnt find him to get the check. He left unused wine glasses cluttering the table along with a few dirty dishes from the salad leaving no space for the meal when it came. We helped move those glasses/dishes out of the way for him so he could serve the main course.

I came here on a Sunday afternoon. And even though they generally dont serve lunch on Sundays, as I found out after being seated, the waitress was gracious enough to allow me to order from the lunch menu. I ordered unlimited soup and salad and bread sticks. I also ordered a tiramisu to finish off the meal. Everything was excellent. The service was great and they even offered my some extra soup to take home. I definitely would go back.

The quality of food is good at this location - the service is really pretty good every time we go in there. It seems to be hopping even on traditional non-busy nights... the pre-dinner rolls are awesome - that and peanuts could fill you up by itself. The potato skin app is good for 3 or 4 (or 2 hungry...

This was my 4th visit, and each time has been disappointing. Kitchen is always slow, staff is hit or miss (most of the time a miss) and the food I would rate as fair. Today was the last straw though, I wont be headed back. Waitress was useless, food was cold and the manager was clueless.

The stuff management is poor , the waitress served us cold food , also found a long black hair on my pasta , the waitress called the manager without knowing , then she didnt charge me for the plate, but still I never go back in this restaurant again

I was disappointed of the Quality of the food. The Salmon was over cooked. We have being in other Olive Garden in the Pass not in Ct. and it was and has being better than this one. Very disappointed wont be not going ever again..

Loved everything about our experience at Arethusa al Tavolo...our waiter was superb. Made very good recommendations when asked. Not one complaint ...food was simply wonderful. New York City quality in the Litchfield Hills!!

This used to be our regular place, but now its not.. Wifes chicken parmesan was not fully cooked and the serving sizes are getting smaller, and not the first time weve had uncooked meat here.. Sad was a great place.

Absolutely no excuse to be waiting 20 for service at 1230 in the afternoon on a Sunday.. multiple staff members walked by and ignored us. Ended up walking out. Horrible customer service
