If I could give this place zero stars I would. Undercooked rice, overtly salty pernil, unprofessional staff, along with my food presented to me strewn about in a cheap styrofoam container is just the tip of the iceberg. This place looks like a hole in a wall for a reason. Never will I return again. Taking my business where I can be on the receiving end of authentic Latin cuisine, instead of this sad mistake of a restaurant. Disgusted is putting things lightly. I give this place another 6 months .. if that long.

While working for the town of Stratford today as a paramedic my work partner and I went to Cibus to get lunch, as we walk in there is a employee on the phone who refuses to acknowledge our presence and then another employee takes the people behind us to cash them out. My work partner and I have no intentions of ever going back.

Excellent! We went for lunch and had a beef empanada, pork tacos, fish soup, and tres leches. The empanada was packed with meat and a good starter. The tacos were perfect and the fish soup was great and filled with tuna. Dessert was good too. Everything was really good, and extremely affordable.

Awesome little place dont be deceived by the outside, the food is delicious. Got the churrascco steak and a side of the cilantro sauce (I dont usually like cilantro) and polished it off. It was plenty for left overs. Great food, service was excellent. Hidden gem. Great price too.
