This was the worst restaurant that I have been to yet, I never write reviews but I have to write one for "Cracovia." The food wasnt too good, they messed up our order 3 times and tried to give us someone elses order by mistake. They do not even deserve 1 star due to the worst service that I have ever experienced in my lifetime. This restaurant is a disgrace to the Polish community. The restaurant is newly open, yet it looks like it has been there since the 1950s, with very old music playing. We asked for pierogies to take home, and they gave us the wrong type of pierogies. We had to wait 30 minutes for a waiter to come and take our order and then another 45 minutes for our so called "food" to come. The waiter didnt know anything or even what the dishes were called. They only had 2 waiters on deck and were very disorganized and unprofessional.

I enjoyed my first meal at Cracovia about 2 weeks ago and had to come back again. The new location has a very bright and cheery atmosphere with plenty of booth seating and lots of elbow room between tables. The stuffed cabbage meal brought me back for more. Plump overstuffed cabbage filled with lightly spiced pork and rice were much larger than Im used to with fluffy mashed potatoes on the side. There was a birthday celebration when I was there last - what a great idea!

Cracovia FACE BOOK Just heard the good news CRACOVIA fans!! Cracovias new location will be larger, has parking and reportedly an expanded menu!! Hooray for us! I am a member of a group of women who have been meeting, every other month, at Cracovia for over 18 years. The total membership is about 16. Sometime 6 show up, other times as many as 12 show up. The one consistent feature is the food is always delicious!! Good Luck Cracovia! PLN (Polish Ladies Night)

Drove from West Hartford, missed my exit, resisted asking directions, drove around for 20 minutes or more, no matter! Blintzes can be good, nice, OK. These were beautiful. Perfectly cooked. And delicious. Looking forward to the pierogies. If I had not thought it to be rude i would have taken a picture of the blintzes with my cell phone camera.

We went there on a Saturday evening, the restaurant was full but our experience was disappointing. Of the four orders, one came out within reasonable time, two came out fifteen minutes later and one never did. The two meat dishes were very bland, no taste. I do not plan to return and sadly will not recommend it to my friends.

We came on a very cold day. I wore my jacket inside. Home cooking polish food at its best. I got the polish plate a sampler of everything. It all was very good. loved the perogies and kelbassa. I also thought the stuffed cabbage was very good. The downside its a bit on the expensive side but I would come again.

Compared to Polish restaurants in Greenpoint or Bay Ridge Brooklyn, this place is just average. We drove one hour to New Britain based on a recommendation from friends. We should have driven in the direction of New York instead. The prices, quality and service are all better in Brooklyn.

Great place to meet friends and enjoy good Polish food. Love their golubki, blintzes, and of course, piergoi. Have discovered their breakfast - meet friends, chat, linger over a cup of good coffee and enjoy breakfast. Like a country café.

The owners were very nice. The food portions were huge and the quality was superb. I highly recommend the Polish plate for a little taste of everything. The pierogies were my favorite part of the meal. They were cooked perfectly!

Cracovia used to have excellent food. The new place is bigger, but I was disappointed in the food. Golombki was bland, pierogi not great potato pancakes not to my liking. Im sorry, I really wanted to love it.

Ive tried a bunch of Polish restaurants in the area and this one is my favorite. Get the polish plate. It has a good mix of everything and its all good. For dessert, the blintzes are great.

Disappointing. Ordered stuffed cabbage with mashed potatoes. The stuffed cabbage was cold and the potatoes were 2 big pieces of boiled potato. Guess I was supposed to mash them myself
