Used to buy there, until today. Ordered Chicken lo-mein, brought it home open up...and SMELL just throw me away. Taste it just a bit, but there was no taste, just terrible smell. Burned oil, old chicken, covered some "sauce" - whatever it was it was unbearable. Took it back and explain what is wrong, in return I have attitude and stupid comment that "If everyone would bring it back they would have no business here". SO START MAKING GOOD and TASTY FOOD SO NOBODY WILL COMPLAIN YOU FOOL! And if customer is not happy just make him happy and at least try with apology. And then he will return and bring his money again and again... When those fools will know what is good customer service? In all Chinese restaurant they give you attitude instead simple "Im sorry and what I could do for you better?" IM NOT GOING THERE ANYMORE. **There was one guy working there and driving red honda - at least he knew how it should work.

Ordered here twice and food was alright. Third time I had like 5 friends over and we all ordered something different. All of our orders came burnt and dry. It was pretty obvious they had overcooked all the food but decided to deliver it anyway. That was the last time. Also, if you take a look at some of the reviewers profiles that gave this place 5 stars, you will notice that they rated this place 5 stars while rating every other chinese place in the area with one star. These are either paid or fraudulent reviews.

They are so rude to me. Delivery guy called once and then left. He was so rude and when I asked to speak to the manager, he was rude and didnt try and fix the problem. Im 8 months pregnant and I had a hard time getting down the stairs. They were so rude to me and brought me to tears. The delivery driver said because I wasnt downstairs as soon as he called that I would have to wait a whole other hour. Im so upset. Please dont order from these people. They have terrible customer service skills!

I have been getting food from this place for well over 5 years now. Always a smiling face and hand shake when I walk in. They know my order by heart. Ive watched numerous people come in and treat the staff horribly and they always take it in stride. Its been a pleasure watching their boys grow up and start taking more responsibility behind the counter. Support local businesses and you help a family grow. You just might get a great meal and make a friend too !

Sooo boom there food gets done in a very timely manner as well as in a delicious manner. The staff are very nice as well they treat everyone with an amazing amount of respect no matter what. They have all different of variety of food to meet anyones desire. The delivery gets done in the quickest manner they could so that from the time they hang up they try to get there in 30 or less. It is a very nice welcoming restaurant that is recommended for all!!!!

Me and my family come here all the time and get delivery and the delivery is very fast. The food is amazing my personal favorite is the crab ragoons and the chicken with broccoli. The staff are very welcoming as well whenever they get attitude they never give any back. They been around for as long as I have been in new Britain maybe even more which has been approximately 15 years.

Usually really good food. Their boneless spare ribs are awesome. One time the fried rice tasted a little off, like they used old oil or something, but that was the only bad experience. Theyve been here forever and its because they are good.

Amazing! Eggrolls are on point!!!!! Workers are understanding and sweet. Fried rice isnt too fried either, its cooked as it should be. The food is just wonderful.
