The place was dirty..i went to sit down and I literally needed to scrub the table of sauce with napkins and then wipe old lettuce and meat off the seats just so I could sit...you think they would keep up with the cleanliness of their tables and seats knowing how messy eating a taco can be..it even looks like they wiped them down quickly and wiped all the food onto the seats..On the other hand, the food was actually decent and they did make that right..i just wish they picked up on there cleaning and also a little bit in there customer service department..

The employees were dressed extremely unprofessionally. They had multiple nose rings, piercings and tattoos. Service was pretty slow and the dining room had a weird smell to it. The cashier was trying had to convince the customers to write a good review for her, but honestly, with the numerous piercings, I just couldnt do that. I dont plan on returning to this location.

Good food but we went to the Taco Bell in Windsor locks and although they were still open according to the website and the sign on the door, no one answered the drive through. We knocked on the window and a person walked by saying they were closed even though they should have been open for another ten minutes

Its a Taco Bell, what more do you need to know really. What I did notice is the outside of business was a little dingy and dirty and the inside seemed to mimic the same look. Had me worried that my meal might have hit the floor a few times before reaching me.

This place is horrible, ive been here twice and got my order wrong both times. Last time I had them correct my order and they still got it wrong. So i just left with the wrong order and wont be going back there again. Would rate 0 stars but cant.....

Worst experience of my life should be shut down from multiple food poisoning victims (myself a 2 friends) havent ate at t bell in 2 years since. Have never thrown up or had worse diharrea in my life

AWFUL! My Crunchwrap maybe had a teaspoon of meat on it. And it didnt stop there everything we had was shorted in the meat dept. Mostly just tortilla shell and cheese.
