My family and I had ordered a chicken parm dinner and meat lasagna along with garlic bread from La Vera Pizza Restaurant. I have to admit that the best part of the whole transaction was the friendly delivery man. The chicken was burnt, dry, tasteless (paper) along with the layer of cheese on it. The pasta under the chicken parm was soggy and the sauce resembles a tasteless version of chef Boyardee. The garlic bread also was soggy and not toasted. Upon ordering the meal, I had specifically stated that I wanted the pasta on the side. The meat lasagna was greasy and tasteless. I called the restaurant immediately, after viewing the meal and tasting it. I had expressed my concern of these meals to the manager and explained my many years of experience in the restaurant business. He questioned the staff, while I was listening on the phone, if they had burned the chicken. They obviously stated that they didnt. He then stated to me that, out of his 20 years in business, I was the first to complain. He offered to send a new meal out, but I declined, because he had insenuated that I was fabricating what I was stating. He argued with me that it was impossible for the chicken to be burned and I replied that a restaurant should be consistent with their menu preparations. I do not recommend the food at this restaurant for the poor quality and service.

Just call to order and the man on the phone was very rude.Told me that it was too busy and had to charge me more just because I didnt tell him the focaccia # witch if you want something plain it doesnt matter the #.The girl is the best to take your order and friendly, maybe she needs to give the guys a couple of tips on how to treat customers.Under second management and still dont know how to deal with a little crowd of people at lunch time.Too many options around town, wont order from here again after ordering for years.

I am a HUGE pizza fan. I happened to be in the area a couple months ago and happened upon this spot. So glad I stopped in and ordered the Sausage Pizza. This is the best tasting Pizza Ive tasted in years. Just delicious. Ive been getting their pizza weekly ever since. (And they dont even deliver to my home . . . but it is most certainly worth the trip!)

This place has poor customer service. They are unprofessional and rude. The food that I received was disgusting. I do not recommend anyone to eat here. When I called the manager to discuss the order I received he got very defensive and said what do you want me to do and then hung up. I give them a "0".

One of the best family restaurants my and my family have been to in a long time! The big guy in the front was very pleasant as well as the rest of the staff. We ordered the chicken bacon ranch pizza and it was amazing. i will definitely reccomend this place to my friends and family.

Great pizza. AMAZING foccacia sandwiches. They do REALLY need to clean the celing fans. Lots of dirt hanging on them does not make one want to eat under them and also make you wonder how clean the parts of the restaurant you cant see might or might not be.

So far Ive had pizza there twice and both times I thought it was outstanding. I feel a lot of local pizza is just so..so. The pizza here has a nice thin crust, nice and cheesey, but enough sauce so it does not seem dry. Really nice pies. I will be back.

First time eating here with my wife and we loved it!! The focaccia sandwiches are out of this world! I would highly recommend it to anyone. And to top it off the prices are actually very reasonable for the quality of food and service you get!

Salad was very fresh and pizza has a thin crust and a unique sauce that has incredible taste. Pizza is not oily at all which is good.
