We ordered a large half cheese and half sausage with a quarter onion on top of the sausage. They knowingly sent the wrong pizza and sent a "free" slice to compensate. My parents simply wanted them to remake the pizza because the kids are picky and a slice does not feed two kids. The lady told my parents to take the onions that were baked in off and basically deal with it. Clearly they told her how that was a big no. She then offered to send a small sausage and onion pizza when the problem was the kids only wanted cheese. She wouldnt fix the problem and had a big attitude the entire time. Then we asked them to come pick it up (it was delivered) and give us the money back. She made us bring the food back in order to get the money and tried to talk us out of it after we drove all the way over there. If you want good customer service dont go to crossroads.

Food is good however service is terrible! WE order at least twice a week from them being that we are very busy EVERY SINGLE TIME theres an issue. They forgot drinks 3 times in a row. I called to complain they said its the drivers responsibility not the kitchen. Never ordering from them again! No apology was ever given and instead of taking responsibility as a COMPANY they blamed it on the driver. Worst company ever! You wont get anymore of our money! I just literally got off the phone with them and all they can say is ok? SERIOUSLY?!

I had the worst experience ever I ordered just regular pizza and loaded French fries, the pizza was so BURNT and the loaded fries tasted disgusting. I honestly was sick right after I ate the food, I dont know if it was the chili with cheese on the fries but something from that food made me sick. The loaded French fries didnt taste freshly done it could have been made from earlier in the day and they just warmed it up.

ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Horrible place people are rude, and when I made an order online it automaticly made it for the next day so when I tried to cancel Noone got back to me and they tried to deliver the food the next day I refused and they would not give me my money back, so than I told them Ill just take the food than and they said they gave it away cause it was getting cold, they are thieves!!!!

Great food, I always order from them. The customer service is what keeps me coming back, though. When the delivery driver realized they didnt deduct a $5 coupon from our order, he fixed the problem on the spot. Their online ordering system lets you fully customize your order and they email status updates as your food goes from prep to delivery.

Ive tried this place a few times now since moving to the area two months ago. Although the pizza has been decent, the service has been pretty horrible. Each time weve ordered, the delivery estimate was about 45 minutes, and the food took over one hour and 15 minutes to arrive. I live less than two miles away. Not going back.

Pizza is good most of the time but their coleslaw tastes n smells like they made it with garbage water n whatever they deep fry n doesnt have a bone is more breading than anything else... Their fried clams r gross n really need to step their game up.. They got a new cook n bow their gross..

It was awful. The cheese fries were mcdonalds fries with kraft packaged cheese. And the Oreo cheesecake was just cheese cake with some crumbs sprinkled on top. .....its so expensive too... For what? And to top it all off that crappy food took 40 minutes to get here.

Food is great customer service had no problem today restaurant is small it deserves a eat in atmosphere just as it was when it used to be captains on boston ave when I was a kid pizza is still as awesome great cooking ; )

every time I call, they ask for a tip. Mostly the girl (who is sometimes rude). Ill leave a tip if the driver was on time and polite not when I order!
