Excellent customer service and tasty food! We were visiting the Guilford area for a ski weekend with a group of friends and stumbled upon this great restaurant. We came in with a group of 7 people 5 minutes after closing without realizing the restaurant had already closed the kitchen. Regardless, the owner was nice enough to accommodate us (with a smile) and didnt rush us at all during our order. We all ordered different dishes from the menu in order to get a good variety and share dishes - and everything tasted excellent - very well seasoned and authentic. We were also very impressed with the service throughout dinner. A waiter checked in on us frequently and made sure we were well taken care of. I would definitely visit again.

I think my other review was on yhelp... but this place deserves cross posting five/five. The food here is among the very best Thai Ive had in 8 states (no report yet on Thai in Texas, Im usually in search of brisket whilst there). My favorites include their green and Massaman curries and any of the pork chef specials. Really, you cant go wrong unless you dont go at all. The service is friendly without the "hovering" that some places seem to have a hard time figuring out. Interior ambiance is elegant without being stuffy- dont let the exterior of the building fool you!!

If you want authentic Thai look no further! And if you want a really authentic experience order the crispy beef- you eat this one with your hands. I didnt know what I was ordering but it was so dang good and the experience so fun and non conventional. The staff is always very friendly. The atmosphere is more upscale and is more of a fine dining experience compared to other Thai restaurants in the area making for a great date night or special celebration spot. Highly recommend it!

Ayuthai is a hidden gem located not terribly far from the highway! The food is always savory and delicious, the service is friendly and the prices are great! My brother even left his sunglasses there and when he came back a week later they had them saved in their lost and found! My pictures include their Pad See Ew with chicken entree and their coconut rice pudding dessert. I highly recommend trying this restaurant out!!

Nothing special- I would try another Thai restaurant before returning. Apps were not warm- Pad Thai did not even taste like Pad Thai- very bland. Nothing special with the drunken noodles- typically spicy dish but not so much here- again just bland. If youre looking for excellent Thai go to the Green Papaya in Simsbury- amazing food.

Ayu Thai? No, are you? The food was great, but it gave me the poops. Almost didnt make it home. Dont know if I should go back. I havent been this confused since the Pepsi Coke challenge. Those were crazy times. The nation was in a pinch, and the Kaiser was knocking at our door. But, we rose to the challenge.

Tasty food and fine service. Slight annoyance that order of green tea consisted of a cup of hot water and a tea bag ($2, but unlimited refills of hot water). Also, the volume of the phone ringer could be reduced; it was a busy night for "Takeouts" and the jangling was loud and frequent. But we;ll go back!

Outstanding Thai food. Evidence: 1) The flat rice noodles in the drunken noodle are actually translucent. 2) They have a proper Larb dish. 3) The coconut soup broths and curries are delicate and soooo delicious! 4) The duck is not overcooked. Friendly staff and good prices. Jazz on weekends.

The spouse and I tried this restaurant on a lark for lunch today and we both loved it. The food looked and tasted delicious. The service was good, the wait staff was attentive. It was overall a very positive experience and Ayuthai will now be our go to restaurant for Thai food. :)
