I go here quite a bit and I have to tell you I have sent numerous surveys telling the restaurant how to improve and alas I have not seen any results. The experience: THE GOOD 1) The order is ready very quickly and is good so I have no complaint there THE BAD 1) You drive up to the drive-thru - Greeter almost always has you wait even if there is no line. After they take your order, you must repeat it most of the time as they are not even listening when you say it the first time. 2) I find myself asking for sauce multiple times and often drive off and notice that there is none in the bag 3) The staff is lukewarm at best. I would not consider them the most friendly bunch of people. They really need some customer service training. THE UGLY 1) The parking lot is overgrown with brush - but who really cares? The food and service is what are important. I just added that for entertainment value.

Ate at Taco Bell after a long time. The menu has become a little too overwhelming and the quantity has shrunk but the food still tastes the same as a i remember it. Some bites are good and some I feel like a food scientist concocted what I just put in my mouth. I feel Taco Bell is the only fast food chain (maybe Burger King too) that doesnt make a concerted effort to make their food healthier. They just engineer food that goes further and further away from Mexican food.

No stars. Its a given that taco bell by far is one of the most unhealthy places to eat. Yet, we all eat it from time to time because the food does taste good. I went to this location and I have no idea what they did, but the food they served me completely screwed up my internal plumbing for months. Avoid this location at all costs until it gets shut down unless you want your bowels torn in pieces.

We came here to use the internet, because my phone wouldnt load podcasts on the highway. I was having trouble logging into the internet, and the guy behind the counter was like, "You want me to help?" I told him, no, my phones kinda broken. I got a burrito supreme and a cheesy gordita crunch, crunch was better

Good food with fast service. My only complaint is that there is frequently people in the restaurant or outside the restaurant hanging around and sometimes they approach you asking for money but this is no fault of Taco Bell...More location issue.

In the first time in many times I have dined at this location, my bellgrande was well portioned over the nachos to make it well delicious. Not too snoggy or wanting to ask more toppings. Always kept clean & clear of obstacles in walk way.

Ive been coming here for the most days Ive been working across the street for the last 4 months. Delicious food, friendly service, clean area. Had probably over 100 meals with only one mistake which was fixed immediately with no problem.

Since they added the new dining room, wait times are excellent. However, my only problem is the prices. Not as advertised as on the website. Items are more expensive here. THEY HAVE OUTLETS.
