The food is okay... But, the service has become TERRIBLE! There is clearly a managerial problem here. When the store first opened the service was better. The last few times Ive gone: The staff is constantly changing and none of them seems to care about their work or the customer. I looked into the faces of several employees and none smiled back. They are clearly miserable. On top of that, I bought a custard and the girl didnt even fill up the cup. (It was maybe 2/3 full.) And, although Ive had good fries here in the past, this time the fries were soggy and, again, too few. (Are they trying to keep costs down by shorting the customer?) Also, I asked for Fi Sauce for my fries and they gave me one little tiny container. I had to ask for more. There are other better choices in town. Its a shame that the standard set when they opened hasnt been maintained. UPDATE : Five months later... I tried again. I figured I would hedge my bets by placing my order over the phone and simply picking it up. Complete FAIL. I pushed one to place my order. The automated system HUNG UP ON ME. I called back and pushed three for a manager. I heard nothing... But the phone was still connected so I said, "Hello? Hello?" Finally, I heard some background noise and a girl mumbled something into the receiver. "Id like to place an order for pickup, please." "Can you hold?" The short answer is: "No." Were going to Smashburger. SECOND UPDATE: Regarding the response from the company... I read it as saying, "What you say on any other website besides ours, doesnt matter to us." Any company who doesnt care enough to take note of the reviews on Yelp or Google clearly doesnt truly understand the modern customer service paradigm. If you really care, BurgerFi: Copy and paste it yourself.

I usually ignore their tiny burgers, and overpriced food, but their customer service has now pushed me to boycott BurgerFi and to discourage others from going there! I had a BurgerFi rewards card, I dont carry a lot of extra cards so I always have them added to my rewards card by my phone number and email address. They wont let you give them this information before you order, you must do it when your order is complete BUT before you pay. I had my wife on the phone as I gave them the order for my family, which was quite a large bill! I didnt even think about the rewards card and and gave them my credit card. After the transaction was complete, I told the girl that I had forgot to give her the information for my rewards card. She said there was nothing she could do and I had her get the manager. The manager was adamant, if you have already paid you cannot add it on to your rewards card. I told them it had literally been seconds since I placed my order but he would not Bend and insisted he would not add it onto my rewards card. It is a shame that they are willing to lose a customer that easily.

This restaurant seems to market itself as the burger joint equivalent to Chipotles Mexican Grill. It serves antibiotic and hormone free beef burgers just as Chipoltles offer antibiotic and hormone free meats in their franchise. Unfortunately the beef patties are smaller than other competing restaurants, and they are as savorable as any of the big three fast food restaurants; meaning the food is ordinary and does not stand out. It isnt bad, but it isnt good either. The burgers lack flavor. I felt they are competing with Wendys, McDs or BK instead of Red Robin, Five Guys, TGIF, Ruby or Buffalo Wild Wings. Even the decor of the restaurant is more like a fast food restaurant rather than a casual dining restaurant. Its also very noisy, like a cafeteria. Since the restaurant has opened up recently, its often crowded by the curious first timers; this will make finding an unoccupied table difficult at popular lunch hour times. On the positive side, their employees are friendly and helpful. I just feel this new restaurant is one over-hyped yawn.

If only it wasnt so pricey... Beyond the fact that the burgers are small, and cost upwards of $15 with fries and a drink, this is an excellent franchise of an excellent chain. Very similar to Shake Shack, thats about the only place like this which comes to mind. They also have a decent selection of draft beer and pretty good desserts, if either of those tickle your fancy. Ultimately, if it cost like 10-15% less, or had fries with the tiny burgers, or had bigger burgers, this would be the perfect fast-casual restaurant. Unfortunately that probably wont ever be the case, and subsequently it is seldom busy or full. Until those things get fixed, its more of a pleasant occasional treat than a regular lunch/dinner spot.

Burgers way too expensive and way too small. I paid $11 for the CEO burger and it was laughably small... it looked nothing like the picture. The one star is for the service because when I complained, I got the burger and fries free. I mean, the advertising is just deceptive. The pictures of the burger under the description on the menu are obviously a lot larger than what they actually give you. First time and last time. If Im paying $11, I want a real burger, not a dollar menu McDonalds size burger! The attached pic is an $11 burger! RIP OFF. DOES THAT LOOK LIKE ITS WORTH $11? THATS ONLY BURGER PRICE,... FRIES EXTRA!

I absolutely love this place. When you walk in, it suprises you how chic the decor of this made-to-order is. Sleek metal, recycled materials, and a chalkboard-esque menu add to the cool factor. The staff are friendly and answer your questions, and the food is amazing! I always order a Burgerfi Cheeseburger with cheddar and fries. Oh GOSH the FRIES! They are by themselves reason enough to come here! And I love that Burgerfi is NOT skimpy! I also love the design your own soft drink machine they have. I love Seltzer with fruit punch or cherry flavored cocktail. Two thumbs up!

High end burger restaurant, prices are high, as has become the norm with many specialty burger restaurants. This is not a hole in the wall fast and cheap burger. Very good burgers, ingredients seemed fresh and a great selection of beverages. Good atmosphere, and relatively fast service. Parking is shared with BJs Wholesale Club and can get busy. Surprisingly there is a sign at the entrance to the parking lot stating: "NO MOTORCYCLES AFTER 6PM" - with warnings about operators being arrested and cycles being towed.

Just returned from our first visit (Roundtrip to/from Norwich). A bit daunted by the variety and volume of choices, but we opted for two breakfast burgers, an order of fries, an Angry Orchard cider and a chocolate shake. Simply marvelous! More fries than we could possibly finish, we concentrated on our burgers which were marvelous! You were worth the trip, and the downpour all the way home. We shall return and return and return....

Great quality burgers and delicious fries. My favorite is BAD burger green style with a side of Cajun fries. They customize your meal however youd like so the possibilities are endless. Soda machines are cool too, you can make your own concoction. I have not had any dessert because I am always stuffed after a meal here. It is a bit pricy so I dont eat there too often but when I do, it is worth every penny.
