The manager was very rude and condescending to me. I was just asking a simple question and he interrupted me, then proceeded to tell me to return another day to talk to a different manager and then told me to make sure not to come during lunchtime when I do... And in a very snotty way... I was too shocked to say anything other than "ok"... What a jerk!!! Hebron Ave, Glastonbury location..... Dont worry I wont be coming back at all!!! Your jerk manager forgot that everyone who walks in your door is a potential customer (yes I was thinking of getting my lunch there had the reception been more friendly) and people who have positive experiences will tell a few, but people who have negative experiences will tell everyone....... Have a nice day.

Fourth and final visit ... food is good, but service is horrible. I have gone here four times since it opened; spacing my visits out with hopes they would improve. Unfortunately, the service is ridiculously bad. Tonight my app stayed on top of the service table as my entree cooked. Once my entree was ready, it was tossed on the table and subsequently fell. They remade it, as my app still sat there. The entree, obviously rushed, was missing ingredients and flavor. I am done and suggest others stay away!

This is a wonderful restaurant with an even better staff. I was helped by Stephanie at the cash register who was more than happy to make accommodations for me just because I told her how I ordered parmesan crusted chicken on my bowl and it got burnt the last time i came here. She was so helpful and kind that she personally saw to it that my bowl was made with absolute perfection. She is a great worker who truly cares about the customers. One of the top 5 greatest females on this earth.

The service here is very fast. Ive been twice with the kids. I wouldnt classify the food as gourmet - more like the Panera of noodles. A few oddities. Theres one trash can (by the soda machine) so if you try to throw anything out youre going to be carrying it unless you find the one basket. Seating can be tough to find during peak times. One night there were two or three tables with no chairs. They have a lot of two person tables which makes seating tight for larger groups.

Its a chain noodle place that serves exactly what youd expect. Quality is good, prices are right, and portions are decent. Its when you get into their soups and sides i start getting disappointed. Stick with the fresh made to order pastas, and stay away from the frozen appetizers and soups.

noodles cooks EVERYTHING fresh to order, so when you want to switch veggies around, it is easy to do so. Dint be afraid to speak your mind and they will always re make a dish if something is wrong. i love the food and i go there as often as possible!!

Modern and well-maintained. Perfect fast/casual restaurant with many variations of noodle dishes. They also have an app available for ordering ahead and this location has always been dependable with making the pickup process quick and easy.

Was ok. With Noodles in the name, youd expect to get a ton of noodles or a Pho like experience. Meat was additional and veggies were undercooked. Will be back to give it a second try. Atmosphere was nice, kind of like Panera.

Its good for a fast food chain - but its easy to have a quick and not terribly unhealthy meal with my toddlers here. Its kid friendly while still being a nice comfortable place for adults. The cheesy garlic bread is awesome.

Food was tasteful enough. Service timely and selection of noodles and toppings plentiful. It was more of a "chain" type feel with fast-food type service menus. If you desire something more authentic try elsewhere.

Its OK, but its nothing amazing. The food is decent and prepared quickly, but it tastes kind of like well prepared frozen food. Wouldnt recommend it unless youre in a pinch.
