I havent eaten BK in the longest time (and now I remember why) but chose to grab a quick burger for lunch. When I drove into the drive through I was greeted with a rude snap. The attendant was rude and kept rushing me to choose my options. Then after I asked for a minute to think she snapped. When I mentioned that I was "ready when she was" she snapped "well youre gonna have to GIVE ME! a Minute, NOW!" I almost drove away at this point. Due to her rude attitude I forgot an item on my order and after I asked her if I can adjust my order I was snapped at once again! I would never eat there again. Oh did I mention: She turned around for 2 minutes and began texting on her cell phone while I was sitting in idle at the drive through - but, clearly, for lack of time and patrons in BK I could not add anymore food to my order. I worked in customer service for a long time and I know you just never act this way. Im going to speak with the manager later. The women is slender, about 5 7", had acne on her face, blonde hair, in her mid twenties and carried a really rude attitude. OH, nearly forgot: The food I bought was overdone with condiments so that all I tasted was MUSTARD! Eww...

Usually VERY SLOW. Only okay. Dont go if youre in a hurry. They are rarely ever quick. Often have issues of being out of stock on supplies (last time it was paper cups because they were out of stock on the larger plastic cups, but theyve been out of stupid things like mayo, shake mix, ice cream.... standard menu items) MUST be management issues. Loads of staff turnover here. :( I only go when I REALLY want a whopper or I dont have the time to drive to a better fast food option in Middletown. Some of the staff is ok to nice. The nicest people have come and gone though ( A man named Christmas and a girl named Madonna were my favorites ). Its been a while since the girl left. I hope I have her name right.

Since the renavations the atmosphere is much better but this has to be the worst BK Ive had the displeasure of eating at..The food is always cold & the the bread is always falling apart due to I would imagine "old" Bread..Ive been to this establishment numerous times because I work in the area!!!...Today was the absolutely last TIME!...

Nothing against this particular Burger King. Service was quick Friendly Great atmosphere... But the food is extremely subpar At first I thought it was just the BK where I work but Im finding BKs food overall is declining rapidly Hey BK people dont mind paying extra for good food. Take a hint from IN/OUT or 5guys

Floors are filthy, waited 20 minutes for a simple order, machines were broken, soda machine wasnt working right, and there were flies everywhere. The doors were broken, and the bathrooms were a heath code violation.

Picked up dinner tonight 9/13/12. Keep in mind the date. The milk with my 3 year olds Kids Meal had an expiration date of 7/28/12!!! Can only imagine how well they take care of the food. Never going back.

Only BK nearby, so have gone in in occasion. This has been the worst BK in the universe. Hoping with renovations (Sept., 2015) comes improvement in food, serviceand cleanliness.

My son likes to play in the play scape. If it wasnt for him we would not come here at all. We try to play it safe and only order a drink or an ice cream cone.
