Very Disappointed...We are an office that was calling 2-3 times a week placing $20-$30 dollar orders for delivery. During one call, they told the girl who placed the previous order that she had to stop asking for the prices of each item when she placed an order, only because she noticed that every time we ordered the price changed and sometimes a dollar more than the previous time. All of sudden one week, they "couldnt deliver" they then called back after an hour and asked what we wanted. Next time we called we were placed on hold and hung up on, then called back to be told they couldnt deliver. We called again today to place an order to be told again they couldnt deliver. It seems that when we call from our cell phones they take the order and deliver but when we call from our office phone they cant deliver. This is absolutely poor and unexecusable service.

The food here is amazing but the customer service is very poor when ordering delivery. Ive never been inside and experienced the place in-person but every time I have ordered over the phone everything was very rushed and I felt as though my order was not as important as others. The last experience, we were placing a group order and one of the bagels requested was not available so we needed to decide on a different kind. we were told that they didnt have time to wait and we were hung up on. I personally cant see myself ordering from here anymore, regardless of how good the food is.

I love both locations Southington and Farmington, bagels are the absolute best I highly recommend this establishment to everyone. Laid back environment, great prices, excellent options. My only complaint would be that in Southington they never toast my bagel well not matter how much I stress it, Farmington on the other hand toasted it nice and crunchy just as I asked! The owners, their family, and staff are fantastic, very personable. Five stars!

Go here! The girls that make the food and take the orders are efficient, nice, professional....what more can I say. This place single handedly supported my bacon egg and cheese addiction during the last 2 months of my pregnancy. They are a great small business that needs to be supported. I would definitely choose their bagels and sandwiches over a large chain. The price is just right and the food is fresh. Excellent business.

I love fancy bagels, especially jalapeno bagel with jalapeno cream cheese, or sweet cinnamon bagel with strawberry cream cheese. One complaint I have is that they do not take care to separate the bagel cutters/knives on sweet vs savory. This has resulted in a few of my sweet cinnamon/strawberry cream cheese bagels tasting like garlic and onion :[

I go there often and I love their bagel sandwiches! They cook it right there on the grill and their selection of bagels are great! I recommend it to new people and people who love bagels. The people that work there are most young college/teenagers but its so informal its like you can walk in with your PJs on!

I was at this place just once and I am glad I stopped by. Fresh produce and beautiful service. I lost my wallet near the premises and the staff located it and got it back to me in 2 hours! Definitely will recommend this shop to all my friends!!!
