I have ordered numerous times with this company. Their staff is exceptionally rude. I have used Truffles for luncheons with the business i work for and have had nothing but issues. When i called to order large amounts of one of their sides the staff member let me know they didnt have what i was looking for. I then asked if i could place an order today and pick up what i was looking for the following day. Truffles staff member "ummm no were not making that salad tomorrow." Horrible customer service. I was looking to buy 8 quarts of a salad that would have totaled $108. Ill be sure to bring my business elsewhere and not use them for corporate luncheons again.

This is a really great place for lunch and to relax. Plenty of seating and a bit away from rt 44 so not too noisy. A nice selection of fresh baked goods and pastry. The food is very good and prices not too bad either. Bright seating area and clean. A good place !

Excellent food, friendly service. Only had one issue when we ordered ahead and when we arrived 20 minutes later (when they told us to arrive) our smoothies hadnt been made yet and we were tight on time. Other than that, theyve been excellent

A completely under the radar coffee shop in Avon! I was so surprised when I found it waiting around for my doctors appointment down the road. Harney &Sons tea, yummy scones, great coffee. Superb!

Hands down--Truffles has some of The Best soups ever!! Craving some right now. Great comfort food and a really cute atmosphere with plenty of space! Oh, and awesome desserts for any occasion!

The food that we ordered was well do need and thought out and prepared, but the menu is limited and very few non bakery items / nothing over the basic omlette for breakfast
