Love this place! Really friendly staff - good quality, healthy, and fast food - fair prices and a cozy unhurried atmosphere for relaxing or doing work. I always feel welcomed and encouraged to stay as long as I want. Though Panera is a large corporate cafe chain, the feel is fully local! Congrats to the special people who work at and manage Cantons Panera! The only weakness that I find (and have heard many regulars comment on) is the poor quality of Paneras background music. The annoying music choice is all designed at corporate HQ and it baffles me what demographic branding designers are trying to court. Panera execs should take their music cues from Starbucks which is known for excellent taste in atmosphere setting music. Hey Panera HQ......are you reading reviews? If so, your Canton CT staff are the best!!

Always slammed at lunch and under staffed. I sent my order to the wrong panera through the mobile order app and there was no way I would have time to get it re-made at the right location, which is why I love mobile ordering. I was really upset that I literally wouldnt be able to get my lunch remade or offered a discount or anyrhing because the panera app doesnt automatically sense your geographic location. Just really disappointed to see then take an opportunity to make someones day better and instead was treated very tersely because they were so short staffed and overwhelmed. So unhappy.

Went in for lunch to get some sandwiches with my newly pregnant wife. She wanted a Mediterranean egg white sandwich but we unfortunately missed the breakfast cut. She was craving one so badly through out our meal that I went up and asked one of the cooks if there was any way they can accommodate her and without hesitation they said of course! They made my wife and Is morning and are eternally gratful for their accommodation! :) thank you Cammie, Jasmine and Panera bread!

This place has excellent salads, delicious bread and great sandwiches. The layout is good with a lot of different seating options and good places to have a quiet meal. They make everything up to order - delicious.

Excellent egg soufflé. Long wait to put in order saturday 1020 am. Workers coming in for shift. All coffee pots were empty. told worker. Ate food before coffee was available

Scones are good, but the help was a little slow. Sorry shouldnt be the answer to not moving at the same pace as all the other employees.
