I think this is the best burger place in Massachusetts. Love their food selection. However, to be absolutely fair, the 5 rating would not come based on only the burger, on my most recent visits I noticed that the taste overall was not as rich, maybe not as much sauces in the sandwich as they used to... however with their bottomless fries offering, the deal is pretty well rounded, youd never leave hungry. I also appreciate the taste of their ranch dressing, not too many places make that good, they do.

We go here about once every 6 weeks. They have fantastic burgers, I think theres about 30 different ones, plus they have pasta and salad entrees which Ive personally never had. Endless fries are great. The Red Robin Seasoning they put on them is great too-you can buy a big jar of it for $3.50. I suggest trying them out if you want a hearty burger. Join their email club and youll get a free burger every year, within 2 weeks of your birthday!

Ive been to Red Robin once and I loved it! The burgers are so good! However...I find the menu confusing and the prices outrageous. If youre going with your spouse on a date night or something.. great..but due to the prices I cant possibly take my family here. Its way too expensive. Other than that, I will be back many times.

Nice west coast chain place. Burgers can be really good and fries are great to munch on (you can ask for them in advance of your burger coming out since they are bottomless...use them as an appetizer). Waitstaff can look a bit overwhelmed but just be patient.

What terrible service! We just had to walk out... on a half empty Tuesday! We were seated for fifteen minutes without a server so much as looking at us. Truly terrible. We went across the plaza to Applebees and were taken care of immediately!

Even when my friends called ahead they tried kicking my friends out bc we wanted a decent amount of seats. Then we saw more then enough tables and they wouldnt seat us together. The waiter Jackson is lit(extra star for Jackson)

I love the vegetarian burger options, though I think they should charge less if you go the meatless route. The onion rings and accompanying dipping sauces are excellent. On the other hand, I dont like their french fries.

I come here all the time. This place never disappoints. All their burgers are large and filling. Their fries are delicious and the camp fire sauce is to die for! I tell everyone about this place. Love love love!

Very enjoyable burgers, the staff is busy and tries there best to be attentive. Managers work hard to keep guests happy. Peak times is not the best time to visit as it gets loud and service a bit more slow.

Terrible service. Slow. Burger was burnt to a crisp. Took over 25 minutes for a replacement, which was only slightly burnt. Will not be going back and would not recommend.
