90% of the time Ive been there, Ive been greeted with SLOW service. My friends and I go to this location whenever we hang out, and the last time we went we waited well over 20 minutes for our food. Prior to that, staff was refusing to check with us if we were ready to order for about 5-10 minutes. This all took place inside, not the drive thru. With that being said, that same night we went through the drive thru (thinking that it would be faster) a few hours later to pick up some food for another friend, and we were told to park in the parking lot and WAIT for someone to come out and give us our food. This place is RARELY busy, so I dont understand the lack of service. This location is the opposite of how a fast food restaurant should operate.

I liked nothing about it. I was there with dad this afternoon. Right after we received our drinks the cashier told us that we had to wait outside and that they didnt want us waiting inside. We had to wait outside by the benches or in our car. This place has horrible nasty associates and the food sucked too. I will never recommend any checkers especially the one in selden located on middle country road. Worst customer service I have ever recieved.

This is the worst possible place. Male employees harass all the women at the window. They make indecent propositions while they hand the food off to them. They target Spanish women primarily. Do not patronize this place

You advertise a place with TWO DRIVE THRUS, youd think theyd maintain the squakboxes. Nope. While reasonably priced, I reccomended getting out of the car to get food here.
