What a disaster my last visit was...Mind you, I had been coming here since I was a kid and after they reopened the store again. But I couldnt believe the service and food was here today. When we came in for dinner we were asked by one of the women there to feel free and sit where wed like as there were only 2 other families there. I looked at the boothes to my right and saw the bench seat with a huge patch that made me shake my head. Another waitress then popped us into another section that shamelessly hid us in a corner. The pizza took forever and the appetizers as well. The pizza we ordered came about 45 minutes(!) and was in some parts still uncooked. I think they genuinely forgot about us and when called to attention hurriedly cooked. We complained and while the manager gave us a huge discount, they couldnt stop talking about the other party coming in on reserve and them focusing their efforts for their arrival. They even moved a family to a different table to keep the party altogether. Ugh. I will stick to delivery from now on. Please, this might be an isolated incident because I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, so try them if youd like to eat the pizza when its fully cooked.

My experience went well even after reading the previous reviews. Lissett did a great job as my server. My expectations were lowered but I tried to remain neutral as a teacher needs to. I really wanted familiar pizza & the few Pizza Huts I frequent back in Oklahoma are decent both in carry out & dine in (cant comment on delivery or times I dont dine in). It was about 11:43 EDT when I decided to get chow there as it was close to Econolodge SW of it. The reviews I read werent great but I gave it a go. I walked in & waited to be seated for about a minute. Lissett came, asked me to find a spot, & promptly came to take my order. Pizza order came within 15-20 mins (good time frame for a fresh med, thin-n-crispy, pepperoni & jalapeño). Refills came at good times. The 1 1/2 hour stay was pleasant. Of course, I was their second customer & it wasnt busy but busy is when workers are less likely to loaf.

Our group of 5 was seated as soon as we arrived, as the whole place was empty. The table we were given had crumbs and chewed up food on the edges - it was improperly cleaned. People started flooding in and the waiter took a while to get to us for our orders. Our pizza was delivered about 40 minutes later, after having been ready for much longer. The crust was tough and the sausage grease taste overpowered the pizza as a whole. The wings were tiny, and the plates and utensils we were given were dirty - smudged and covered in crumbs and cheese. We had ordered cinnamon sticks and were given free regular bread sticks to make up for the wait, but our cinnamon sticks never came. Overall, the service was slow, filthy, and unorganized.

Ordered the 2 medium any toppings pizza for 6.99 each online. With delivery fees and tax it came up to $15.13, not a problem. But when the delivery guy brought my food it was only 1 pizza. I then called and spoke with a manager who then told me it was only 1 pizza showing up on his end. Ok so Im getting dressed and Ill be there in 10 mins. Well I showed him what my screen said he shows me his, but u know I got my 2 pizzas as I requested the 1st time. I will NOT be returning there ever again. Poor Customer service skills, Dirty establishment all across the board. (Ex: Dirty Floors, tables, cash registers, counter tops, and the employees that deliver not oncewashed their hands after coming from outside.)

Oh. My. GOODNESS. We placed an hour and they said theyd be there in an hour. Half an hour later, we call them because the guests are so very hungry, and the guy on the phone was SO RUDE. He asked me my name, put me on hold twice, talked down to me like was a child, and then eventually told us it would be another HALF HOUR. Then after that, after all of that, he ends it off with a total tone change and goes, thank you! Like none of this happened. Based on the other reviews, though, I should have seen this one coming. Whatever you do, dont ask for delivery. SMH

I have attempted to get pizza from here three different times. The first, they told me that I could not order pick-up after 10:00, but the restaurant closed at 11pm. The second time, they would not answer the phone. The final time, we ordered early in the morning and were told that we could not pick it up until a 1/2 hour after they opened. We agreed and went to the restaurant to pick up the pizza. We walked in when they opened and waited until 45 minutes after the restaurant had opened. When we asked how much longer it would be, they had not even made it yet.

Absolute worst experience weve ever had at a Pizza Hut. We go every week in NH and love it, but stay clear of this restaurant! We ordered 4 pizzas (no drinks). Two were wrong. They all came out at different times. Its been over an hour and a half and we are STILL waiting for a cheese pizza, I kid you not. We also watched a party of 8 stand for 15 minutes waiting for their table to be cleaned so they could sit down. They finally just left after we warned them. If only someone had warned us...

usually ok, I havent had too much issues with them however the last time I ordered they messed up my wings. kinda sucked having to wait an extra hour while they re did my wings and deliver them again. disappointed that they also took the incorrect order back, all they do is toss the wings out. plus its not like them messing up my order was my fault honestly they should give you their screw up free of charge for the inconvenience but whatever. Food was still good

I called in the other day and told them I was in a hurry, they said it would only take 15min to make 1 pizza. I showed up 25 min. after i called and still had to wait another 45min. They had employees hanging out watching tv with a delivery order in his hands and cooks in the kitchen playing games on their phones. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I plan ahead when I have to use this location and i call in my order about an hour before I want to pick it up.

The delivery people are very nice but the people who answer the phones are terrible. Last time I ordered, I was accused of putting in multiple orders and that someone was calling from my phone number??? Sometimes the pizza is good, but other times the sauce is soaking through the box and the toppings are barely there. From now on I will drive the extra distance to go to a different location.

Inconsistent service, greasy, dark dungeon looking interior, food is best eaten fresh when Marco is working. They need a new manager fast! Plus they should PAY and TREAT their staff better but I doubt that will ever happen. Its a sorry attempt at a dine in restaurant with enslaved workers after you realize that its not as tasty. Theres plenty of complaints for a reason.
